We can only evaluate the food and have tasted it delicious. We ate a barbecue and Civapcici. The service was very nice and above average fast. We had our five-month-old son with us, who unfortunately often cried. That the hotel is not child-friendly, we can't confirm at all. Two employees (presumably the hosts themselves) came to our table after the meal and we had a nice conversation. They said they loved children and you could feel that too.

Child-friendly restaurant with good food

We've spent two nights at the Hotel Forelle with breakfast. From the outside the hotel looks top, from the inside in particular the rooms are unfortunately totally finished and urgently need to be renovated. In the bathroom there are old holes everywhere, cracks in the tiles and the sink, heavy tap water, totally noisy drainage system that runs forever when you turn on the light. Holes in the tension bed lining, in the chair, spider webs on the ceiling, etc. I could see through all of this if the night would not cost proudly 60 euros for a single room but about 20. The breakfast was fine. The only light sight for me was the pretty lady at the reception.

Very renovated rooms

I ordered the lunch. Very delicious soup as a starter and the main course of PolaPola was more than enough and super delicious. For the price unbeatable. The service was friendly and the food came quickly. I can only recommend.

It's a great afternoon.

This rating only applies to the restaurant; we weren't staying at the hotel and stayed overnight. The food was very tasty and served quickly. The portions were large. The service was attentive and friendly. Very good price-to-meal ratio - definitely better than the old post office next door.

Eaten well

Two nights in the hotel, the boss was always rude and rude!!!! Very bad experience and never again!! Nobody can speak English or German! I think for the same price man can find better

It's not nice.

We often come near the lack of Chiemsee and this hotel is well known in the city. the staff is so kind, the sleeping rooms are perfect and the food is delicious. It is a safe bet :)

A safe value / A solid value

I spent three nights there, and it was the worst night anyone could have imagined, at the reception on arrival no one knew him, and the German language was no strong one, and the room reminded me of my great-grandmother's living room, and the mattresses were full, so if you want to stay cheap, you should still look for another hotel.

Not to recommend!

They were there for the biathlon and they had family rooms. It was never cleaned in a week and you had to go after the toilet paper because you didn't finish it. It was very scary at breakfast.

Old house and bad unfriendly service

The boss was unfriendly, the rooms were old and in need of renovation, the TV was too small and not functioning, it was fixed after a long time.

Never again

They wanted to eat nice with the family, they came to the place and were looked at as if we were from the other planet, the waiter was very unfriendly, other guests were already totally annoyed. Gastronomy was very unpersonal, service went pretty well. Food was rather a bad four, meat was very tough, somehow a nice sauce was missing. That was also overpriced. One waiter almost dropped the pack of cigarettes out of the pocket. Impossible never again...
