Just across the street from the Bodensee. It has its own private beach on the other side of the street. Seems like an older building that was recently renovated for hotel guests. Only drawback was that it did not have a handicapped accessible room. 

Friendly hotel with many rooms having balconies overlooking the Bodensee

Very nice, newly renovated hotel. Friendly reception, good service and rich breakfast with fresh chicken, etc. When choosing rooms, make sure that the view from the sea with balcony is exactly that.

Very highly recommended hotel.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. The room was also large and clean. Unfortunately, the sea view we had been so pleased to see was very limited to enjoy, as our roller coaster was defective and not loaded. Also, the elevator was defective for the entire duration of our stay, so we had to drag a small child and a cone through the staircase to the second floor. The lady at the reception showed no welcome and responded to the defects only with a Sorry. Reimbursements due to the front box are not possible. Service and sea view in my eyes is no different - this is how sea love comes about!

Unfortunately, service and sea views are only limited. Love of the sea looks different.

The beach club is very nice and the Hotel is very central.

Unfortunately the staff are not very friendly.

Breakfast was average but in particular bread and rolls were scarce and still frozen in the middle.

Due to the  passing train and the road in front  of the hotel,  sitting on the balcony is not very pleasant. 

My bill was charged twice to my credit card and I have still not been able to get the Hotel to cancel one of the charges. 

We spend a week every year at Lake Constance and have always been very happy with our accommodation. Unfortunately this year was not so. 

I cannot recommend the Hotel; it is not good value for the prices asked.

Very disappointing

Unfortunately, the staff is very unfriendly. While we were ordering there, the staff started cleaning the terrace with the high-pressure cleaner. Very loud. At our first friendly request (to the young man at the register) to stop or at least to deliver the main device around the corner because the cable was very long, we were rejected so harshly and arrogantly. The service is probably not clear that the guests are paying the salary. Later when we pay, and when we said again that it is really loud.

Bad service at the beach club

Cocktails, burgers, and pimmers are too expensive, but the waiters were unfriendly and you had to wait forever for service at the beach bar.

Nothing special on the beach, there's better

A hotel from the seventies, modernized, right by the lake...really fantastic. The rooms in this hotel have been greatly modernized and you feel very comfortable in them. Spacious, bright, country-style. Really beautiful. Unfortunately, the hotel is run very soullessly. At breakfast, which I don't think is the standard, we weren't even asked for a good morning. Coffee from the vending machine, steam pump and at the reception we were told that their guests love the concept. The reception, which was probably the owner, didn't get any criticism.

70s Hotel modernized but soulless

The hotel is located directly on the main street, parallel to the train tracks. The rooms are well soundproofed. Checking in is a bit of a habit due to a digital form (by mail in advance). Older people who do not have an email address will not get here. Breakfast is okay! Backpacks! The refill was a bit long. Waiting at the reception was a little too long because the staff was too unattended. Overall note: satisfying!

Satisfactory

+: The breakfast was very rich, varied and generous. -: When checking in, there are not always parking spaces to unload luggage. The floor in the room was very dirty and there was no shower compartment. The roommates were so loud that we couldn't understand the sound from our TV. It was only because of a hint that the roommates became a little quieter... In the morning the breakfast sounded like a disco. It was only after repeated requests that the volume of the music was reduced.

Never again - too loud

We were just at the beach club, which I highly recommend. Great view, good food, cool lounge area and beautiful sea view. In the evenings there is still good music and you just stretch your legs out in the sand. Parking is a bit difficult at best 100 meters from there.
