You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. After making your booking, you will receive an email from the accommodation giving you information about picking up your key. Please contact the accommodation in advance if you will be arriving after 16:30. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
