not easy to find and on top floors of another building. ok breakfast.  they do try to help where they can. right on main drag in town so bit noisy.  can't beat the price.  they offer public off-site parking close by. which was not a problem.

They try hard

It's a small, clean hotel. It's right next to the waterfalls. What I didn't like so much was that the operator had two little dogs. They were commuting between the kitchen and the dining room during breakfast. The room had a balcony with a great view.

Oh, wow.

The first impression was rather sceptical, since the hotel is located on the fourth floor of a building complex, access is by a small elevator. However, the reception at the hotel eliminated the scepticism, you were warmly welcomed. The rooms were fine, even if it can get a little louder when the windows are open. The breakfast was good, there was no shortage of anything.

Central hotel in the heart of Triberg

I've been staying at this hotel for two days, very cozy and clean room... in the center, and breakfast is superlative, hyper-recommended!

Very carefully

It was part of the Triber Christmas spell at the Hotel Central, a good and rich breakfast, very nice staff, rooms and bathroom clean, good price-performance ratio, everything worked out for us, we're happy to come back.

A pleasant stay

Nice little hotel in an ideal location in the heart of Triberg. Couple of minutes walk to the waterfall and restaurants, shops etc right next to the hotel. Breakfast decent, rooms clean and the balconies are lovely. Bathroom a little dated but clean and functional! All staff were really helpful. 

Parking directly behind hotel - 9 euro for 24 hours, or if you’re out during the day you can park for free overnight on the street.

Very difficult to find if you haven’t read the other reviews - luckily we did! Just look for the bank, go up their front steps and the door through to the stairs/lift to the hotel are on your right. Third floor for the hotel.

Ideal location

The highlights of this hotel are the central location, the parking area behind the hotel (paid as in all of Germany) and the proximity to the Triberg Falls and the 1000 clock house in Cucu and certainly the owner's willingness to explain and patiently understand our little English. Very good breakfast. Almost the whole hotel is renovated mostly in the common areas and very well furnished. Our room was large but unfortunately I found the bed uncomfortable (subjective opinion of course) and some details remained in the 80s especially on the doors and on the bathroom.

Good location.

This is really a nice little gem, easy location, I think all the rooms have a balcony and a delightful German breakfast with a view. Perfect for a few days in Triberg. basic, clean rooms with decent bathrooms, everything works as expected. This is a small town I'm not sure there would be a better option and the rates are reasonable.

Clean, Balcony, Location & Breakfast!!

It's an accommodation in which nothing has been invested to renovate and update the rooms and the bathroom had a drain in the center that I preferred to cover with a towel... to spend a night as was our case acceptable, but generally the room was just right, albeit quite clean.

Centric is central.

We started a 1900 mile bike trip down the Danube from this lovely hotel.  The location was perfect for grocery shopping and dining.  The room had a balcony which was the perfect spot for rebuilding our bikes after shipping them from America.  The owner was amazingly helpful.  Helping us to recycle the bike boxes and many other small kindnesses.  My favorite was the note she left on the morning we departed on our journey.  It ended with this:  May there always be air in your tires.  It worked!  1900 miles on touring bikes across Europe - not a single flat tire.  Stay here if you can.  It is wonderful.
