We just went to the restaurant, and it was very delicious, deer backs from the daily map and the berry gazpacho... super good. Not very cheap but it was worth it. The service was very friendly and our dog was allowed to be outside. Water was also given to him.

It's delicious in a nice atmosphere.

Just visited for a Sunday lunch having visited the nearby monastery.  Place this on your list for food venues south of Stuttgart.  Great service and traditional upmarket German Fayre.  Would’ve love to have done the Xmas options but time was not our friend.  CV19 friendly @ 2G+ using BW protocols and we shall return for special occasions.  A little pricey but well worth it on balance.  frohe Weihnachten

Food Review

We spent a few days of our summer vacation. Bebenhausen (and thus the location of the hotel) is almost a world of its own, even though it belongs to Tübingen. The hotel does not of course offer the same amenities as some new hotel rooms (no elevator, no huge bathrooms, etc.), but we did not expect this and instead enjoyed the advantages of the historic building. Service is top, rooms are snug and thanks to AlbCard we had free access and free guided to the monastery/castle.

Dreamy situation

We stayed at the Landhotel Hirsch from Friday to Sunday and felt very comfortable there, despite the relatively narrow rooms, but which despite the yearly inventory had their charm and fulfilled their purpose for us. More lively people probably had their difficulties with using a bath or shower. Everything was very clean, but the staff was very friendly and hospitable! The kitchen is very excellent! We ate there twice, but it was really tasty and good! The wines on the map are from good producers with reasonable prices! The service was very attentive and urgent. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Solid hospitality in a beautiful environment with good cuisine

Last Saturday we were at the deer's dining room with 3 people. The new owner's greeting was friendly, rather businesslike. She brought us to the table, handed us the cards and asked if we already had a drink. We ordered the appetizer, 3 glasses of sec. Shortly afterwards a friendly service worker asked us again about the appetizer. We said we had been happy to order this. Another 5 minutes later again Mrs. Fischer's question, she also said that we had already ordered. Shortly afterwards, the court appetizer, with a very apologetic appetizer, said that the order went out of the family.

High-quality cuisine and good service

The hotel advertises with three stars and it fits perfectly. The equipment is appropriate. Clean, neat, worn out, the mattress in the bed had to withstand a few tons of weight, the TV is LCD but still feels from the very first production series. So I could give a 3-star hotel 5 stars because it doesn't want to look better than it actually is. Honesty is also rewarded. But the breakfast buffet is in between. It's ridiculous what's on offer. For 15€ you expect a bigger variety.

Three stars and no more

Excellent location for travelling to Tubingen and the east side of the Black Forest.  The rooms were larger than average, with a good level of furnishing.  Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Parking spaces were ample for size of hotel. The evening meals were of an exceptionally high standard although clearly you have to pay for that quality.  The B&B price was excellent value.  The walks in the Schonbuch forest nearby are extensive and well marked. Within 5 minutes there is an interesting abbey/cloisters as well as a Schloss (where Kaiser Bill lived after his resignation in 1918) - the abbey/cloisters has a good audio guide in English but the Schloss can only be entered by purchasing a tour ticket (2 extra Euros) which is in German.  Overall we thought this hotel was a real find.

A real find

The Landhotel Hirsch has a beautiful and quiet environment with the Bebenhausen Monastery. The rooms are well equipped and the breakfast is good. The Wi-Fi also works great, because there is no good mobile reception in the village of Bebenhausen.

Nice hotel in great surroundings

You get what you expect in this Landhausstyle 3*plus rated Hotel. Rooms are ok in size and nicely furnished with solid wooden furniture. It is quiet there, very quiet. So relax and enjoy. Enjoy also the heartfelt and excellent service, not only from the owners family but from all of the staff. 

Ok, it doesn’t have an elevator and electric outlets could be more. But this is complaining on high level. 

Make sure to buy drinks on your way to the hotel and put the in the fridge in the room. When the (excellent) restaurant is not operated you might get thirsty. 

One more thing. Pets welcomed!!

Very nice „Landhaus“ style hotel

This was a bad experience in the country hotel Hirsch Bebenhausen. The hotel is not quite the same price. - When you enter the room, at first glance you have the impression that you have cleaned the hotel. But at the second glance you can find the traces of the previous one everywhere. - In the hotel room you hardly get the Wi-Fi signal. - The quality of the food is normal but unacceptably expensive. I will never go there. From such a hotel I can only advise you.
