Stayed here for one night; very pleasant and comfortable.

Hotel doesn’t look like much from the front, but in fact, it is located in a lovely setting on the shores of a small lake and a large park beyond. It is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, through the park, to the riverside pathway along the Danube.

The place is modern and the staff are welcoming. My room was spacious and comfortable. I’d let them know I was travelling with my dog, and when I got to the room, I found they had already placed a full water bowl for the dog, as well as a food dish with a note to inform me that they could provide dog food if I’d forgotten to bring some. 

I had a very pleasant dinner in the outside part of the hotel restaurant, sitting next to the water.

Excellent

A suitable hotel for a short stay. It is located between lake (beautiful!) and fair (now). The high-rise similar building does not convince from the outside. But it is modern and beautifully designed inside. The rooms are thoughtfully designed at first glance. Sufficient storage areas and dressing rooms. Good lighting concept. Flight grids in front of the window. The bathroom is unfortunately cut off only by a partially matted, not well-closed sliding door from glass. Noises and smells therefore enter the room. In my eyes a minus point. We were there on a larger weekend. And may have gotten the last parking lot. It was almost two hours in the lake, and there was also another celebration around the lake.

Nice Accommodation Near the City

A hotel to recommend, very attentive, friendly and serviceable reception, prompt booking confirmation, very attractive rooms, great views of the lake, a breakfast buffet that leaves no wishes open.

After 20 years in the most expensive and best hotels in the world, our group has been deeply horrified by the hotel manager this morning. A father asked his son if he had spent the 20x in this hotel and his wife was in the nearby clinic tonight because their father and thus the grandfather of the little child is dying. The father said they had left the wallet of the hospital and asked to print the bill or to send it to his company. He transfers it briefly online. Then the hotel manager formally flipped out and insulted the father and we should please the mother of the dying father to pay off, better plan the death of the grandfather and the poor man and then with the police. An incredible child.

Unprofessional and worst guest handling ever seen in my life

Hotel Lago is located on the fairgrounds in Ulm, on a lake. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was by the lake and was large enough, well furnished and equipped with a bathroom that has sufficient storage space. There is also a cupboard space in the room - everything is very clean. The restaurant Treibgut offers a very good kitchen with great service. Prices are absolutely acceptable for the quality of the food. The breakfast offers everything you need and beyond that, a little more (smoothies, fresh eggs, etc.) snacks will be prepared on request. All in all, a great hotel that we would visit again.

Very good hotel just outside Ulm

Service desert Ulm: 12:58h on the terrace placed 13:10h in the interior 2 Latte Macchiato ordered at 4.50 EUR each (probably the most expensive in Ulm and even from the vending machine) 13:15h first service force asks us on the terrace if we want to order something and hands us the cards from 13:30h home trip, as we unfortunately did not get our order within 30 minutes, it was also served on the terrace during these 30 minutes.

Service desert Ulm - once and never again!

The hotel Lago Hotel & Restaurant is located just outside the city of Ulm, right next to the Danube Hall. There are plenty of parking spaces and right in front of the hotel there is the metro station Donauhalle. So you're in a few minutes in the city center. The dining area for breakfast is right next to the reception. So you have a nice view of the lake at breakfast, but it's not really comfortable. I must be a little disturbed that the reception and breakfast are so close. The food itself was very good and was refilled. On Saturday it was very crowded, as many guests came out of the room. The dining rooms are so clean and modernly furnished. Unfortunately, the dining room is equipped with a beautiful automatic view of the lake, but it's not really comfortable at night. I don't think you can feel the light at night, especially if you're not in the room. The room is very bright and you can't feel the light at night.

Great hotel with a beautiful view

We booked the lake for one night as an intermediate station on the way to Italy. A double room with a view of the lake, modern facilities, mini-fridge with water and 2 beers, fast Wi-Fi, a large enough bathroom, perfect for us. We are used to a very idyllic peace at home and surprisingly it was just like that. In the evening on the seafront terrace, another drink, really appealing. The building from the outside did not convince me. But the location in the center, OPNV directly in front of the hotel, as well as free parking, set in a very large park.

Modern hotel with spacious and very clean rooms. Located next to the city fair, overlooking the pond. The center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Large and free outdoor parking. Good breakfast. Really nice place.

Modern hotel with all the comforts

The hotel room is very spacious and modernly decorated, breakfast very rich. In addition, a small but fine spa area. The location is fantastic, the adjacent park by the lake invites you to jog in the morning. COVID self-test station right at the hotel:-)
