Very nice reception, super friendly staff, very nice beer garden only unfortunately no restaurant (more) the rooms are very nicely decorated, unfortunately there is a small bathroom (single room) parking.

With friends at the Nurburgring

We have stayed here 3 times now, and really like it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, and we were given paper bags to take rolls for our journey when we left. Our room was spacious. There is a lovely garden to sit in. The restaurant is unfortunately not open any more, but you can get drinks.It is well situated for seeing the Rhine and the Moselle. There is a lovely swimming pool 5 minutes drive away.

A friendly, clean hotel

Very nice hotel, very friendly reception, we had 4 single rooms located next door (partly loud) the rooms were ok only the bathroom was extremely small but very clean the breakfast was very good- i would book this hotel again

Short vacation with friends

Slightly surprised that this hotel took our booking in the middle of a major redecoration project - but putting that to one side,  the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.  Breakfast was typical,  but fairly basic

Simple basic clean hotel

The hotel is quite simple but clean, just a few rooms over a large local restaurant.  Private parking at the side of the building.  There is no lift, and our room (n° 1) had carpet instead of a wooden floor.
The room is very simple, as is the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower is extremely low, the water in both shower and washing basin were clogged and the water ran off very slowly.
On the positive side is the low price and the breakfast, and the friendly breakfast lady!

Simple

We spent the night at this hotel. We were very friendlyly welcomed. The room was large enough with a small bathroom. Clean and tidy. The breakfast was also very good. For a weekend trip, this hotel is definitely recommended.

Good, solid hotel

I spent one night here with the company. Very convenient for train travelers. Friendly staff, I felt welcome. Clean room with small bathroom, completely sufficient for my needs. Breakfast is not spectacular, but absolutely fine for three stars, with the breakfast tasting very good. I'm sure you'll come back to the area in warmer times and would love to visit this hotel again.

We were at a family meeting in Mendig in July of this year. When we arrived the hotel had lunch break, but on the phone number that was on the door we found the keys to the rooms we had booked. The two bedrooms were on the street, so they were a little noisy, so closing the windows the noise of the busy railway was quieted but well contained. The rooms are two-dimensional (flat screen, free Wi-Fi, Fön, good towel), the beds and the facilities were staffed updated, the mattresses gave something hard, but the shower is very nice, but the tastes are very nice and very neat, the dining room service is very nice, but the dining room is just a little bit faster and the breakfast was a little bit more relaxed. After breakfast the restaurants were also a little tighter, and the dining room was a little more tight, and the bathroom was a little bit more comfortable, but the dining room was a little more comfortable, and then the bathroom was a little more comfortable, and the dining room was a little more relaxed, and the dining room was a little more

A good location for the Rhine, Mosel and Eifel

We have stayed at this hotel twice, each time for 3 nights. It is clean and modern, and our room was large and spotless. Breakfast was very good, with fresh scrambled eggs and lots of choice. The restaurant for evening meals has been recently renovated, but the weather was so good we ate outside in the lovely garden. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We will definitely return when we are next in the area.
