I booked a double room with a dog by phone on July 22, and it said that I should confirm this by email, which I did immediately. I would get a written confirmation the next day. It never came. On my first call today, I was asked to call again two hours later. On my second call, it said that there was never a room available on the requested date. Thank you.

We're lucky to live nearby, and we're often there, and we've never been disappointed in the drinks, the service, or the kitchen.

What a fabulous address.

A great restaurant with a French touch. High culinary flavor, with a great selection of wines at fair prices. Anyone who claims otherwise has no idea. The staff and especially the chef are absolutely warm, sociable and hospitable. You feel welcome and well taken care of. Very sweet courtyard. We come often and gladly.

Restaurant with heart

The rooms and bathrooms on the first floor are very bright and modern. We slept well with the open windows despite being close to the main street, which is also used at night, but unfortunately we have to point out a few small things that prevented us from a higher rating. The view from room 5 on the courtyard is unfortunately somewhat sobering. This one should be adjusted to the interior of the room. In the bathroom the soap dispenser is either repaired or replaced, in the bedroom you could secure the shelf next to the TV and the wardrobe at the entrance should be just as urgently fixed more stable. The cabinet on the night table does not seem very professional.

Modern, clean, affordable

The menu is intentionally kept small. For this purpose, the dishes are prepared fresh from fresh ingredients. The ambience is appealing. The dishes are beautifully presented and taste very fine. This was a delight to the eyes, tongue and palate. Service very friendly and attentive. Thank you for that.

Delicious food

We booked in a relatively short time and got a very nice, friendly and modern room. Originally we had only two rooms for us as a family, but the owner then had another nice three-bedroom room. Super service (we could connect our campsite fridge for free, accommodation for the bicycles). Nice tips for Trier and local wines. Super delicious breakfast. Restaurant was closed unfortunately. We'd love to try this next time. Thank you for the nice time.

Very nice stay with personal service at the hotel

We were glad that we got our table on the first day of Christmas. We were also very excited about the desserts. We were presented with a very attractive Christmas menu. Three to four courses of choice. A lot of bites, we decided on three courses. Although the wine area (Mosel) was the wine ticket so la la. We knew this place rather because of the bakery and the parallel business of the Monaise Castle. That's why we were totally strained about the desserts. No more divorce

When choosing a hotel with a restaurant quoted in the Michelin guide I expected to enjoy a consistent set between heberging (bof) and restauration (well) which was not the case!! ah I forgot the boss speaks an excellent French which is rather rare in Germany

progress is necessary

Visited with my wife for two nights. Small hotel, room was large and bathroom good. No elevator and no aircondition. Location quite nice near Trier/Luxembourg, easy access to local train. Hotel restaurant is mentioned in Guide Michelin, we had only brekfast (which was good) and few drinks at their biergarten, however the restaurant looked tempting. Hotel has a number of free parking spaces. Service is best here, the staff is very friendly. This is a good base for day trips to Trier/Luxembourg area.
