Very unfriendly staff, the rooms from the 70s, ants, spiders, very dirty, although smoking is forbidden in the room, a smoker got a room, small, loud and sticky, near Aldi, Lidl...

Never again

It's a small but fine hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, there's a bad connection to the good public transport network. Unfortunately, the train station can be reached by foot in 15 minutes, as there's no bus on weekends.

A small but fine hotel

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel. My ship had no chance to get me there properly. After several border crossings and a phone call at the hotel, it was no longer a problem at all based on the original old address. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want to continue driving early the next day, it is recommended to close the windows, because it is very uncomfortable. Like the rooms in the other directions, I can't tell. My room to the street was not the most leisurely. But what should I do? The breakfast buffet was sufficient and best. For a long vacation the hotel is probably not intended, but for a short nap.

Friendly service

The hotel is clean and the rooms are okay, you have everything you need, the service was nice and friendly, it's disturbed by the noise of the border crossing, the location is hard to find on the cruise ship.

The hotel is located in the business district, so there's nothing to walk around. Aldi, Lidl and gas stations are in the immediate vicinity. We booked this hotel only for the overnight stay of our trip to Italy. For a longer stay, there's a bit of a lack of atmosphere. The room and bathroom are clean, but simply furnished. The breakfast is rich. We didn't miss anything. The two gentlemen welcomed us nicely. Because we arrived a little early, they hurried to make the room. Free Wi-Fi.

Hotel with simple clean rooms with nice guides

They cancelled or booking on the day that we were due to arrive as they were “overbooked”! I had a call from booking .com while we were on route to inform us of this. Fortunately they sorted out another hotel for us nearby at no extra cost. Personally I wouldn’t trust them, this is not how to run a hotel!

Dont bother!

Very close to the Swiss-French-German border, the hotel is essentially clean, and incredibly quiet despite its location, the room and bathroom are very spacious and the breakfast is discreet, and on the ground floor there is a pizza restaurant and shops surrounded.

One night

Stayed here for business for 1 night, luckily no longer. 
Reception very friendly & helped with our luggage to the top floor. The room smelt of stale smoke. 
The bed was comfy & relatively clean.
Shower was powerful although leaked out of the tray.
Kebab shop under the room. Opposite an Aldi and next to what looked like border control for lorries. Nothing to do around it.
Breakfast was included and was ok.


Wouldn't go back

The reception is not active 24 hours, if you arrive late there is a number to call. I arrived at 21 and there was already no one. Very simple hotel (again, more room renters than hotel) without an entrance or common areas...the reception is a small office that is closed, then there is another entrance that goes to the hall of the rooms, spread over several floors.

For one night

While the value for the hotel is excellent, there was quite a bit of a language barrier for the non-German speaker. I confirmed in advance what time I could check in, but when I arrived no one was there and no one answered the phone. Luckily, the Turkish restaurant around the corner let us wait there and served surprisingly good food. The Wi Fi is really slow and sometimes nonexistent in rooms. Breakfast is included. The rooms are nice, the hotel clean and quiet. There is an Aldi and Lidl right by the hotel and the tram station to Basel is a ten minute walk.
