It's a friendly hotel in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are convenient and very clean. My room was oriented to a side street where late at night it was still turbulent. But this is probably the case with all the hotels in the center. I didn't get bothered and enjoyed my stay. The reception is not always occupied, but it's not a problem to get into the hotel and the room you've planned.

A friendly hotel in the middle of the action

Nice clean, quiet boutique hotel in the middle of the old town and the busy market square friendly staff a point of departure because of the parking situation, but which is located in the central location of the old town.

The hotel has a great location in the middle of the old town and a minute from the market square. The staff is really super friendly, but how can a person at the reception work and take care of the whole restaurant at the same time during breakfast??? We had five nights in an apartment and the maid was only there twice. With two kids, you have garbage and dirt faster.

Nice staff (but not enough staff)!!

The hotel is very centrally located in the old town of Weinheim. We stayed there for one night and had the apartment Heidelberg in the house opposite. For a proud 179€ per night we had plenty of room there, although we had plenty of outdoor furniture (?) for that, such as the sofa, a tiny bathroom and a rather compact overall. Also, the beds are already a bit sloppy and it's very bright outdoors... There are parking spaces in the hotel, but only a few, so we have to find a parking space ourselves.

Central hotel with shortcomings and high prices

The hotel or the dependency where I was staying was very good. The room was generous with a clean, decent bathroom. The breakfast was fine, with 10€ already an advert. The location is just brilliant. In less than 5 minutes you are at the market square, with its many small restaurants offering everything you need for evening relaxation. Absolutely recommended. The only shortcoming for walking disabled or elderly people in the dependency is the lack of the elevator, as the stairs are quite steep.

Great location, neat and clean

In the beautiful town of Weinheim, the Ottheinrich is one of the better hotels. We had no room, but rather a smart apartment with kitchen lines across the dependency. A giant bathroom with shower and bath. The only criticism was the breakfast buffet, but when we arrived, almost everything was empty and was only gradually filled up. The service here was supposed to be more attentive.

Pleasant hotel with service deficiencies

We had just spent two nights at the Ottheinrich Hotel. Our room was on the second floor opposite the house. A staircase leads up. The room is an apartment with kitchenette, good seats, walk-through closet and very large bathroom with bathroom and shower. In the bedroom you can hear the church clock ringing until ten o'clock.

In the middle of the centre

We had a suite and our expectations were not met. At temperatures above 35 degrees, we had no air conditioning and the room was in the attic...so of course sleeping was anything but pleasant. The bathroom is in need of renovation, lots of stains and makes a not so beautiful and well-kept impression. Parking space is provided by the hotel, but very narrow and small and you pay an additional fee of 10 euros. The reception is not always occupied, so you had to check in on Friday evening. The breakfast and the location of the hotel were good! Unfortunately, too expensive for what is offered.

Price performance ratio does not fit!!!

stayed in this hotel for a night. first impression of the hotel was pretty good, though parking can be a bit of a challenge. great location in the old town of Weinheim. staff was very friendly and attentive, breakfast for 10€ quite good. two points deduction for the missing a/c in the room, no light blocking curtains and almost unusable shower in the top floor rooms due to the slanted roof. overall ok for a day or two, but wouldn‘t stay here for longer. tip: try the indian restaurant just across the street, delicious food.

ok for a short stay

We were staying in the dependency of Hotel Ottheinrich. It was probably a converted workshop house. It was not particularly suitable for older guests with luggage, as the stairs (there is no elevator) are very steep. Also, for example, the breakfast room is not finished, so you have to go to the hotel 5 minutes away.
