Although the hotel manager is very kind and the booking and check-in was very simple, the price ratio is unfortunately very poor. For 79€ per room per night, the rooms and the entire hotel are in a very bad, highly renovated and inhabited condition - the hotel continues to smell. Additionally, compliance with fire protection/security regulations is ignored, e.g. no emergency exit signs, no fire extinguishers reduced (last test date: 2000) & elevators, broken-out connectors and no escape plans.

Very poor price performance

I spent two nights in this hotel. The hotel is from the 70s and has only had a small amount of renovation. The latest is the TV and the shower, which was also very calcified. Also, the whole hotel smells like cold smoke from old times. I checked in Friday night and paid immediately, the host wanted to finish my bill for the next day. Unfortunately, the next day I only had to contact staff three times until I got it at 9:00.

in the dining room, when I stayed, even if the service was nice, there was a huge waterfall: the showers from the upper room began to leak in the dining room. In 5 min time, there were about 100L on the floor.

I travel a lot for business, so I've seen a lot of hotels, but this hotel is just disgusting. Hair in the bathroom and in the bed, wet floor, smoking taste, etc. If there's another option, take this one, it can only get better.

The hotel is the worst, nicest and most smoky hotel we've ever had to stay in. The mattresses and the bedding were ok but also totally smoky. That is, no service, no service, but high prices, every euro is too much to pay here!!!!!
