We had as a family a half-household Civetta, at Friesenring 23 with a small southern garden. The modern ready-made house offers 150 m2 of living space, living and dining area with fireplace and open kitchen in the EC, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom in the OG, a single room and another small bathroom in the EC. The room price for 4 adults and 1 child was EUR 380.00 per night + EUR 5 per night for a nice little dog.

In the Civetta, it's very much tolerated.

For those who just want to get out of their daily lives, the Ulenhof is recommended. Far from the hustle and bustle, you can easily switch off in small apartments. Tasteful facilities and a welcome drink in the fridge are still the case even after renovation a few years ago. Pool and sauna are very crowded in the morning and evening. Due to COVID regulations, this is intercepted. Nearby are a well-equipped supermarket, drugstore, bakery and pharmacy. The path to the beach is in about 8 minutes. No reservations, but very quiet. Unfortunately, the *Highspeed Wi-Fi* in the apartments is also very quiet. Unfortunately, when the b-station is occupied in the apartment, this is almost impossible. Unfortunately, this is a direct route and a simple one.

Perfect for shutting down.

We had a tiny apartment in the Ulenhof. The mattresses were very hard and probably designed for heavyweights. The bedroom was so small that there was only one dressing room for one person who had the other dressing room in the living room. The apartment is practically furnished, the kitchen is meant to be prepared for breakfast, otherwise you can't cook there. The swimming pool is very nicely made, but you have to swim at 8:00 in the morning, otherwise it gets full. If more than two people are in the pool, it gets tight.

Small apartments, nice indoor swimming pool

We were with our dog in apartment 57, everything was perfect. The equipment was extremely high quality, a walk in the garden, a great sauna in the basement. Parking right outside the door. All our wishes were granted. We're happy to come back.

The perfect home

Here you can choose between different houses in Wenningstedt. After a simple contact via the homepage, you will immediately get several options. The houses are modern and exclusively equipped - you feel like you are in a battle. The beach is only 200 metres away. The houses are in an absolutely quiet location and cleanliness is highly valued. Everything is perfectly organized and optimal for a short trip or longer stay. The wellness offer also stands out from other accommodations. At any time of the year, highly recommended!

Very well maintained accommodation and exclusive facilities

It's a wonderful property in a beautiful, very quiet location. Extremely well maintained, from the rooms to the spa. Very nice staff, very easy to handle. You're completely left alone and can relax and get away with it. I was very happy with my choice and will definitely come back! Thank you very much!

We were in Civetta with a friendly couple in November.We really liked the beautiful modern house with the large bedrooms and bathrooms.We were particularly pleased with the very well-equipped kitchen and the living room with the big TV.In November it was also great to simply take a few steps to the Ulenhof and enjoy the convenience of the sauna and swimming pool.We would love to come back and recommend the house further.

Ulenhof Civetta and the surrounding area

Hotel Ulenhof was a wonderful place to stay while we were ten days on Sylt.  It's separate apartments rather than a hotel with little rooms. The apartment we had (#12) was spacious, clean and well appointed in a simple and tasteful manner. The outdoor patio, where we had breakfast every day, is very sweet. The little kitchen makes it possible to pick up groceries from the five minute walk to the upscale supermarket and either cook on the small stove or keep prepared foods and drinks cold. The hotel itself is wonderful and the staff is very responsive and speaks English, which makes it easy for non-German speakers.  There is a great pool that also features two saunas. A courtyard with little tables is also available for coffee and meals from the hotel club room. It's only a ten-minute walk to the beach and located on a very nice block in a really nice area surrounded by great restaurants. It's just a five minute walk to pick up bread in the morning or to the bike rental shop.This is our second time on Sylt and the first -- but not the last -- time we stayed at Ulenhof. We will be back!

Charming, Spacious and Fantastic

If you wish to stay on the island of Sylt and are looking for an excellent value for your money, why not choose the Ulenhof. Either you take the Dependence in the Ostmarkstrasse or the Residence in the Friesenring - both are superb. You are free to use the facilities in both houses: the sauna, the pool in the Residence or the gym for your weightlifting exercises in the Ostmarkstrasse. Wenningstedt is ideally situated to explore the Island. What a trest!
