A very spacious functional room (upper room) with a living room corner. Good functional bathroom bed. The restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Extended weekend

I've been there three times, and I've been to every classroom, from modern to standard, everything's there, always clean and always friendly, and the breakfast buffet may be elaborate, but it's perfectly adequate.

After being reminded of the Krone-Post Inn, it seemed ideal that we (two gourmet couples) wanted to go out again. So we went to Werneck to the Krone-Post Hotel. The location is nice, there are parking spaces and the atmosphere is also without flaws. The guests can be described as an upscale audience. The right place to enjoy a good meal in peace. The food ticket is small but fine. To get a good overview of the kitchen, each of us has to earn a main meal. The service is very good, the service is very light, and the beer is served with these traditional cooked dishes, but unfortunately I can't even tell you. Quiet, well-maintained restaurant (not only for hotel guests)

We were on the fourth day of the 27th of November, 2019 at the hotel-Krone Post in Werneck. We were all 4 very satisfied with our food. The snack was superb. My steak was to the point of being roasted and juicy. The french fries were hand-made and the pepper sauce a culinary dream! The salad was fresh and very tasty. The service (chef?) was very competent and friendly. Unfortunately, you can't look at any menu card on the Internet and he's a very good old fashioned food and the tile oven is a terrible coloring experience!

But you can also feel comfortable as a non-pilgrim! Rooms in different categories. Prices reasonable. Decoration not according to Schema F - seemingly old-fashioned window shops give a nice atmosphere. Our room was modern and functional. WiFi is good, but not to watch TV from the bed, because the wall mount does not allow any movement. Restaurant cozy, food ok.

Accommodation based at Pilgerhotel

Very nice hotel, right across the street from the castle. It was five nights there, ideal for hospital visits. Quiet, although located on the street, but not much in this small Frankish town. Restaurant with very good cuisine. Breakfast perfect.

Restaurant with very good cuisine - however, there are exquisite dishes, less the small fried sausage for the little hungry. The breakfast is perfect - with, for example, several types of cereal.

Very good kitchen, clean, comfortable room

It was lunch at the restaurant, it was really a great and delicious meal. Everything was freshly prepared, the service was very nice and friendly. Highly recommended when visiting Werneck.

Very delicious food

The hotel is conveniently located near the Schweinfurt-Würzburg motorway. Very friendly staff, a wonderful, uncluttered but thoughtful menu. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, clean and quiet. We are happy to come back.

Excellent cuisine, clean accommodation

The hotel is modest in appearance but having clean and good size rooms. Might be hot in summer as they do not have AC. Staff is friendly and they have a good breakfast spread and even better lunch and dinner menus comparable to other traditional restaurants in the city
