I have made over a thousand hotel bookings in my life, on hundreds of journeys, but also for beautiful pictures and for journalists and money. The experience with the Ring Hotel Wiesbaden was the worst of all! For a lecture series in the city of Wiesbaden, I sought for the speaker, a professor from Berlin, accommodation as close as possible to the ring where the event was to take place. I let myself be fooled by the convenience of the offer, but also by beautiful pictures, and I booked a room spontaneously. In short, the lecture date changed, so I signed up to the hotel and asked for a free cancellation, five weeks of the planned overnight. There was never a reply.

The worst hotel experience of my life.

Very dirty, disappointed. The floor wouldn't suck, the room smelled, the towels had holes and they didn't wash well.

Disaster

DO NOT STAY! I stayed at this hotel for one day a month ago, and I’m still waiting on my dispute to settle because they double charged me for a full week and refuse to give me a refund! However, the worst part is I could only stay in that place for one day because of how poor the room was. Do not believe the pictures you see on their website. Tape peeling off of the lamp shade, paint peeling off the wall with mold behind it, old disgusting showers, no parking! You have to park 3 blocks down at the closest parking garage so I hope you don’t have too many bags to unload. 100% do not recommend.

I would’ve had pictures, but the only thing I could think about was get out, and completely forgot to snap the photos.

DO NOT STAY

The room was clean enough but we were unhappy to be told that all payments had to be in cash "because the credit card reader was broken." The desk clerk said it had been 'broken' for months. Then, the promised receipt never materialised despite my continually asking. At least when the office was open which seemed to be 2-3 hours a day.

Something other than hosting guests is going on with this hotel.

Poor management

Location: good 15 to 20 minutes walk from the main train station. But then I think I could at least drop off my suitcase earlier. But I don't have anyone in a busy, multi-ethnic neighborhood. Some cafes, mobile shops, Oriental supermarkets, barbershops, but also a rewe, including a bakery around the corner. Service: I was told that a check-in would be possible from 3pm. But as naive as I am, I think I could at least drop off my suitcase earlier.

centrally located but in need of renovation, air up in service

It was easy to travel late, but the room was small and the bathroom was small, but the mattress was clean, and the feather mattress was a good fit, otherwise everything in the house was fine.

Average

No luxury, but the essentials are there and they work, clean in the basement, but they smell a little muffled in the room, staircase and carpet floors are inhabited, there's no breakfast, good bus service.

Small low budget hotel

I only booked the room for one night because I needed a cheap hotel quickly. Unfortunately I hadn't read the reviews before. Unfortunately, I was there at 11 o'clock to check in. Unfortunately, there was NO ONE at the reception. In the email sent from the hotel, it was communicated that the reception was occupied until 1 o'clock. Thank God I still had the door code mail. The hall was a little dark and not very nice. There was an elevator that also looked new. The room was equipped with a big TV.

One is enough!

Unfortunately I have to avoid a fair. The hotel has no elevator. The staircase is narrow and elegant. It moves further into the room. Carpet with stains 2x single beds (Great Britain) instead of 1 double bed. The bathroom is old and so small that it is not possible to sit normally on the toilet since it is only 10cm up to the Duchekabine (more than Economy by Malle). The area is also not great. There are youth hostels that offer the best service.

Never again

I arrived in the middle of the night and found no staff, just a credit card machine - a bit like an F1 hotel, but without the atmosphere. The room was acceptably clean, but the hotel overall was tired and neglected. A casino with gaming machines and a bunch of men who didn't have much to do was in the neighborhood, and a lot of guys were hanging out on the street. No great area. The hotel was already safe, but I didn't like leaving the motorcycle outside on the street. I have to admit that nothing went wrong, but overall it was a depressing experience.
