Very friendly staff, large room, good price, very adequate and good breakfast. Also, there are cheap snacks and drinks and a large edeka is around the corner.

I'm all right.

It's a great hotel at a sensational price. The hotel has its April new tenants, very friendly. The rooms are fine, big beds, everything is clean, even the bathroom is quite large. The hotel is just outside the old town, but it's also within walking distance, takes about 20 minutes or so. There's plenty of parking, breakfast is good, the clinic is next door, where surely the guests can take advantage of this if they have family in the clinic.

Very positive surprise

I visited the hotel with breakfast for one night. Very competent and friendly reception. Clean, fully furnished room, super breakfast, uncomplicated and always friendly owner. Especially recommended.

Goods and value

A super nice hotel with an extensive, delicious breakfast. Very good price. Beautiful garden, central but quiet. Large shower, comfortable beds, TV. I can only recommend. There are many excursion options in the area: hiking, cycling, mineral gathering, nice cities.

Idyll of the Black Forest

Stayed for three nights. Hosts made me welcome straightaway. A well equipped large room. Breakfast was more than adequate with a range of typical German breakfast options. A little way out of town - a 15 minute walk to Wolfach with the first 100 yards being fairly steep - thereafter flat alongside the Kinzig river to a most charming town with plenty of eating options. Good car parking either at top of steep drive by side of house or on the flat in a purpose built area at the bottom of the drive. Good first class B&B.

Excellent B&B, very welcoming hosts to very clean house.

Perfect in every way.   Small and quiet authentic country style with large grounds to enjoy.  This place was so accommodating and a great choice to experience the Black Forest. The rooms are very large and our was suite size for EU.   They had all types of extras such as self serve special drinks a usable kitchen etc.   Dining was awesome with china and nice atmosphere with eggs any style and more of a BnB feel for sure  with garden views as you sipped coffees (see pics).  Heidi and her husband were beyond gracious, extremely kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable.  The location too is awesome with minutes to old town Wolfach and Schiltach with its famous streets and buildings.  A very short distance is the Black Forest Open Air Museum with a huge area of old buildings, grounds and farming,  Triberg is another 10/15  min or so beyond that with the largest German waterfall and wonderful town with easy access.(pics). Hotel found with the help of TripAdvisor in the village of Wolfach in the last few minutes. Superb, magical and unlikely. The owners are charming and listening. A few rooms and a small committee. Intimate with beautiful and tasty rooms and bathrooms. I highly recommend this address.

Good and big room with good lighting arrangements, including ceiling and bedside lighting.
Nice breakfast.
There is a small common kitchenette with an electrical kettle and a microwave.

Very good family hotel

Small hotel in the center of the Black Forest, the best of the whole trip. Precious garden, spacious room and comfortable and very well equipped. Excellent breakfast. The very friendly staff lives for the customers.

It is a paradise.

A very well-dressed hotel with spacious and clean rooms, a very nice bathroom, a bottle of water provided. The couple's bosses are very kind to little care and very good advice for restaurants and visitors. The breakfast is well provided and very good.
