My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times. The reception is always excellent, the rooms spotlessly clean  and staff helpful and friendly  and after a really good night of sleep we enjoyed a good breakfast.
The new mattress was extremely comfortable, the room quiet and recently redecorated.

Excellent in every way

Good, clean and reasonable setting of the room, good beds and beddings.  Good breakfast with various choices. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Good location, easy to find it and enough parking just around the hotel.
We are regular guests :)

Correct and good services

Good and simple Hotel in Würzburg. Everything was ok
The Hotel is close to Würzburg beside the Highway 7 and 3. Inside the rooms and the toilet with washroom was clean. The Owner is a verry friendly and helpful guy. 

A simple but good Hotel for few days stay

Good basic hotel, nothing fancy, but adequate. Room was bigger than most of the Ibises we have stayed at. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast adequate. The hotel should let you know that the hotel has set office hours that they are open.

One Night in Wurzburg

A stop over in a modern room with separate toilet, handbasin in the room and a separate shower - which meant getting in/out and dressed outside of that in front of others.  Breakfast was simple buffet-style and basic, not particularly inviting.

Modern twin bedded room

This hotel does what it says on the tin, good value for money with no frills and no fuss, checking in on the door was a bit of a problem as the computer was working properly but after a little while it was sorted and I was in, the room was very clean and functional with two comfy single beds and a small shower room, for the money I paid I was happy with what I had - well done! 


Romania and back

Good standard hotel in a convenient location. Friendly, professional staff in this popular & busy hotel. Breakfast was fine & stay was pleasant though brief. Beds were comfortable & room was very clean & well-designed.

Well-located hotel

Having the window open the noise all night from Nürnberger strasse is influencing your sleep quality.
Hotel is overpriced . 102 € for one room one night including simple breakfast is simply too much ...

Overpriced

I'm in my room right now, just checked in.
I'm sweating, because it's a sunny day, the room is in the top floor (3rd) and there is no air conditioning – not in the room, not on the floor.
I told the guy at the reception (a nice guy, you have to give him that), and he said he knows. I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but that it's not possible, because all the rooms for families are on the top floor. I asked for a room with a double bed, and then add a small bed for the child: not possible.
The room is small but fairly clean. We have bunk beds (yes, bunk beds): my son will sleep above my wife and me, while we'll share a bed so narrow that nobody can call it "double" and remain serious. 
We have a toilet, a shower and a small sink, but we don't have a bathroom: the toilet is in a 1m² closet with no fan to take out the smell, so we'll have to share literally everything.
Same for the shower: this time the closet is maybe 1.5m², but still no fan.
The sink is in the room with us.

Ok, enough whining, I have to go downstairs and bring up the luggage. Of course, no elevator.
But hey, I saved 30€ compared to a decent place to sleep with my family.

cheap - and it shows

I booked this hotel for a client of mine, upon arrival he had to already wait until 5pm for check-in. I sent a third party payment the week prior which should have been processed. When my client arrived, he was accused of the credit card not working multiple times. After I had to resend the exact same details he managed to have it working. He was yelling and screaming at my client which is completely unacceptable behaviour from anyone visiting the hotel. I would never recommend anyone to stay here if you are treated so poorly upon arrival. Absolute disgraceful attitude.
