Wild pork slices used to be really good, this year for all people at the table one of the small slices was fine, but the other one was rough and dry. Any conversion of the appetizers to get only for a premium price, even if a lower category is chosen, it's incomprehensible to us. The wild pork slices (this time not in the half-calendar, but from the red sauce) used to be really good for some people at the table, but some people at the regular sauce were almost as good as other people at the regular sauce, and unfortunately some people were not as good as others, but some people used to get a full price, even if they had to get a full price, but I can't really say that it would have been enough for everyone at the same time.

Wild food in the season, for us next year no longer on the program :-(

Family-run hotel, friendly staff and a great kitchen... I've been coming here since last year, regularly for work, and I'm happy to come back.

It's just great.

A typical German well-to-do restaurant with a rich menu. The Zander is recommended, the carrot rolls were delicious too. A good beer for that. It was a nice evening - happy to be back.

Good citizenship

We had dinner with acquaintances at Wehrmann-Bloom once again. Of course, the menu also included cabbage for the season. The ordered portions were filled with salted potatoes, plenty of cabbage, a slice of casserole and two brieges. Everything tasted excellent and the beer was also spicy. I can only highly recommend this seasonal action too!

Green coffee

Like every year, we ate wild food at the restaurant in the season. We were here as often with friends and the wild pig slice in hazelnut crust with rosemary and french fries (instead of Duchess potatoes) was once again a poem. Knusprig fried and yet tender, the fries well fried and the rosemary still nicely bitten with bacon. For some others maybe a little too much sauce, for me just right. The wild burger decorated with raspberry foam and raspberry salad tastefully crispy, but here the wild pig meat was fried for too long and therefore too dry for me. Although I witnessed other dishes in between last year's not so well fried restaurant, I'm going to enjoy a little bit of wild food again, and the restaurant has just been released and the service has been very competently and quickly, and I'm going to come back to the restaurant and enjoy the newly made and cleaned restaurant again.

... with ham, slices, potatoes and Dutch sauce, and dissolved butter until we're out of the way, quick, friendly service, well-topped beer and a civic atmosphere.

I'm full of asparagus.

I spent a cozy evening with three friends at the restaurant. The good bourgeois atmosphere was very appealing. We looked for the keglerteller on the map (two pointed-to-point fried pork chips with vegetables, a sauce prepared with fresh champagne and delicious fries, and Cordon Bleu out of the box). The portions were enough for admitted male pictures. The beer was freshly sipped and served by the nice service. Access to the restaurant and the hotel is barrier-free via a ramp. There is also a convenient beer garden, which we did not enjoy, but we did not reach. Parking lots are available. Everything can be recommended by the restaurant.

Dinner

We stayed at Wehrmann-Blume for two nights. We found our stay pleasant. They have a nice outdoor area to sit and eat or enjoy a few drinks as well as a lovely indoor restaurant. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Everything was kept in order. Our room was a good size. The bathroom was a little small but otherwise everything was fine. 
There is a bowling alley at the hotel too, although we did not get the chance to use it. 
We ate twice at the restaurant for dinner. The meals were very tasty. The breakfast was also good.
Across the road from the hotel is a fuel station and a burger take away restaurant as well as a grocery store. Wunstorf train station is a short five minute walk away. 
Its a little bit out of town, but we caught the train into Hannover daily. It was a very short trip back into town.

After a long time, we went back for a delicious dinner at the hotel's guesthouse Wehrmann-Blume, and I had a Rehgulasch with red cabbage and my wife Jägerschnitzel.

Visiting at the weekend

Last night we had dinner at Wehrmann-Blume with 6 people.We were 4 adults and 2 children.I had a €15 birthday voucher which I could redeem on the occasion.The food was fresh (chicken) and tasted delicious.My guests were also very satisfied with the food.
