You get out of the cold and want to get warm quickly into the room. Then the first shock: the room is icy and the heating doesn't start until late at night. The bed smells muffled. Under the sheet the mattress was stained (urine?). The shower was enough, no more. But no shampoo or anything like that and the towel was small and thin. A small TV was in the room, but only the public channels went, the private ones didn't. The room was very small and it didn't radiate comforts at all, it was the opposite. With the Asian travelers, the reception was very difficult to understand!! The reception is occupied, you usually have to call an Asian number, so it doesn't really go any worse!!

I've never had a hotel like this before!!

When I entered the room, it was terribly cold, the window must have been open all day. Closing the window was a challenge. My window was neither new, nor soundproof, silently closed. It moved in when I pointed to the gentleman at the front desk and they just told me to put toilet paper under it. When I asked why the heating would not work all day, I was told that it would not work until 5 p.m. Then I sat down for almost an hour in a cold room. The room itself was even worse than the bathroom. The bed was very lightly glued, the lamp was so light that the two lamps could be so lightly dissolved from the bathroom, the bathroom was so cold that it would be drained on the floor of the bathroom, and I was told that it would not work for a long time in the bathroom, and that it was not possible to do so much in the bathroom, but that it was not possible to do so.

It's unbelievable.

The hotel room in no way corresponds to the Internet photo... very low rooms... fridge dirty. After the complaint I got another room that was even worse because the wall at the bathtub was dirty and defective... so I went back and took the first room with the dirty fridge... I will never go down there again.

I can't believe it!

We paid 158 euros for the room for 2 nights. The lobby still looks quite neat. But the hallways are not sucked up, the old carpet floor rises up and the decoration looks old and stale. Two rooms were offered. One totally under construction and smelling of an old, modest basement. The other small, but probably no guest. We decided on two rooms. The bottom of the bed is dirty. The towels on the bed were forever and not even put in order. I don't have to talk about the bed and the layout. The bathroom was cleaned, but the black, stale shower, the shower drain, my shower drain called my husband, who was in full shower and no money can be sent back to clean the old shower. It wasn't paid in advance between the shower and the bathroom.

It's a very cheap hotel, breakfast was also rather modest. Staff: a China Man One men show?

No more!

Not an enjoyable experience - quick to take your money but slow to produce service. Really poor quality, run down rooms and a dishonest manager, the less said the better but I will not book at this establishment again.

Below standard

So its an OK choice. Location is fine and old fashion simplicity isn't wrong. Yet many things can be easily and cheaply be upgraded and they are not: breakfast, signs in English etc. internet is great. Rather important when you need it.

If nothing is available

The kindness of the staff is very commendable. Although I wanted to check in or out earlier on the day of arrival and later on the day of departure than planned, both were not at all a problem. My order for a quiet room also worked, although the hotel is located on a very busy street - I got a room at the back. Compared to the hotel class, breakfast is also served. The rooms, at least I think, are very old and in need of urgent renovation. Cables hung loose on the walls, the barrier was partially broken and the boards stood on the walls.
