We were very happy! We liked the Suite 'Black Cat' very well. The bathroom was great, with a very large shower. Very spacious, with balcony to the moselle. Small kitchen with everything perfect and clean. Also the staff was great. The lady at breakfast, always in a good mood and she kept coming back and asking if everything was okay, since we were sitting apart, because of the dog. The cleaning team was very nice and the Jenny from the reception, what we had fun at night!! We met nice people and had great weather. It was vacation! I can only recommend!

It's all good!

We had a two-night program with shipping, wine tasting and a dinner reserved in a restaurant outside the restaurant (coupon). Rooms clean and etc. Breakfast good! Dinner was on the other side of the mosque (about 20 minutes walk). It was announced to us as a beautiful terrace restaurant. (name: tower view). The only tower was a self-packed small tower in front of the restaurant. I've never seen such a downed terrace restaurant before. Food??? If you've seen the gas chamber, you'll definitely not want to look in the kitchen. How to learn: the kitchen didn't do anything very well.

Watch out and read signs in this hotel and do not go to this tower-looking restaurant.

A great hotel right by the mosque with great service, nice staff, great breakfast buffet. We had a suite on the fourth floor with balcony and mosque view. There's an elevator and Wi-Fi, you can park just a few steps from the hotel.

Nice hotel with perfect location

We also spent a night on our mosel bike tour at the Mayer wine house, in the new annex building. Finally we were able to bring our luggage to the room with the elevator. Our room was very modern and tastefully furnished. The bathroom is also modern with walk-through shower. From the window we had a wonderful view of the mosel. The windows have a sunscreen, very pleasant in summer. The hotel is located first at the mosel and back out on the baldu street, so it's right in the colourful driveway of Zell. Restaurants, shops, everything in close proximity. We spent a quiet night behind them in comfortable beds. The gardens are very open and open. The hotel has a sunscreen, very pleasant in summer. It's a great hotel.

We spent almost a week with the dog at the Mayer Wine Hotel. The chef was very nice. We sat in the wine bar often at night and chatted a can. The elderly lady from the breakfast was very intrusive and very loud. Not everyone likes this early in the morning. What we didn't like, you had to cook eggs yourself. Breakfast was okay. The room was very nicely furnished, but like everywhere pillows were hard.

Travel to Mosul

We stayed in the guest house on the motel tour. The room was somewhat dark and not furnished modernly, but for an overnight stay, the beds were quite enough. The breakfast was extensive, good and included in the room price.

Easy accommodation and good breakfast

I think there are 2 hotels here side by side owned by the same family . We stayed in an upgraded room nos 35 , no balcony but with beautiful river views , large modern bathroom, comfortable bed,great breakfast room overlooking the river. 

No free wifi . English spoken minimally. Interesting instructions such as paying you bill on time are in English but nothing else ! 

The town is delightful and I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful quaint town 

Our hosts were very accommodating.  We were in a large group and they organized a wine tasting.  The room was lovely with a balcony view of the river. Comfortable and spacious bed. I disagree with the "liquor store" comment. The feeling was that of a guest house.  Breakfast was very good also.

We visited Mayer's best-looking wine hotel in Mosel a year ago and were once again very impressed by the hotel and service, as was the luxurious breakfast, the quality, the facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Increasing quality

this is not a hotel in the full sense of the word no reception desk out dated rooms no a/c poor Wi-Fi .it is a liquor store that has some rooms above the store that  it rents out the building does have an elevator the room rate includes breakfast the accommodation is well located in zell-Mosel with some rooms have a view of the river the hotel is recommended for a single night stay at best
