Stayed here for a week in September and really enjoyed our stay. Maria the host was extremely helpful giving us links and places to eat and drink. Pool was lovely, very clean and supermarket was only a short walk away. The apartments are around a 10 min walk from Sidari strip so very well located also. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Beautyfull

We stayed from 23/09/2019 until 03//10/2019. Bar was closed everyday from 6pm with no staff on the premises after this time until the following morning. Towels were changed once in the 10 days we stayed and the beds not at all. The bar and hotel was all closed down from 15:30 on 02/10/2019 the afternoon before we were due to leave and no staff after this time. Very disappointing hotel and unacceptable to close while paying guests still there.

Not recommended

It's a small hotel with a few very nice rooms, a few minutes' walk from the bustling city centre but well-focused enough to be calm. Very clean and well-equipped rooms. Small supermarket a few meters away conveniently located. Maria and her mother are very nice, we were very well received.

Very good establishment

We stayed here for a week at the end of June me and my husband. The accommodation is about five minutes from the first bars and restaurants on the main strip. There are six apartments some with a pool view others with a view of the courtyard at the back which is where ours was.
The apartments are basic and in need of some updating but are adequate for what you need. There was air con and a safe and these were included in the price. There is a cooker, hob, microwave, toaster and a full size fridge freezer. The shower is excellent the best I have had anywhere in Greece, the beds were quite hard for me, others may like them like that. The apartment was very clean and the cleaners were in every day , the towels and bedding were changed twice within the week (they even swept the leaves up off the grass outside) . The grounds were well maintained and the gardener was there every day. 

The pool was a fair size for six apartments with plenty of sun beds although no mattresses for them but lots of room around the pool to spread out so you never felt as though you were on top of someone else around the pool.

A couple of things let it down for me, there were no table and chairs around the pool my husband prefers to sit at a table and read rather than lie on a sun bed and he wasn't able to do this and the sheets on one of the beds were see through and very thin and didn't keep you warm although there were blankets in the cupboard.

These were only personal preferences for me and may not matter to someone else not negatives. I would recommend Maria's and would definitely stay again.

Chilling!

Quiet and nice apartment. Daily cleaned rooms and swimming pool. Very friendly service. I recommend everyone also with small children. Many taverns in a within a few hundred meters.  I would strongly recommend :-)

Very nice,quiet and clean accomodation with a swimming pool

we stayed here twice and had a really good time, the accommodation is clean and pleasant and can't really be faulted. Dave the English barman is a really friendly and helpful guy and if there is a problem he will get it sorted for you.  It's about a 10 minute walk to sidari town centre with loads of good bars and restaurants. the Beach is very good, just be care ful if you go later in the year, it's mozzie season so take the repellant.

nice place

Just got back after a week at Maria's apartments and thoroughly enjoyed it, really couldn't fault it at all. It was clean, towels were changed 3 times in the week, pool was cleaned every day although a little cold, but all the pools are this time of year because we tried the one up the road. Kitchen has everything for a self catering holiday and apartment was spacious, beds were comfortable (rare for Greece).If you want privacy this is the place to book with only 6 rooms plenty of sunbeds and set back a little off the main road but close enough for a short stroll to the town... My wife and I will definitely book another week in 2018..

Brilliant will book again next year

We travelled as 4 adults and 2 children under 5. We had a two bed apartment and a studio apartment. Both were very clean and well equipped. There are only 6 apartments so nice, small and quiet. The pool was extremely clean. There were steps into the main pool and started quite shallow. There was a toddler  pool again shallow. Our 2 year old could stand unaided. There is also a jacuzzi. The pool man was there daily. Matula welcomed us and was there daily. There are restaurants quite close and a supermarket virtually opposite. The photo is a true view of the Apartments.  Plenty of sun loungers too.

Highly recommended

We were guests of Maria Apartments in July 2013. The apartment was new, clean and modern. Kitchen provided with every convenience (including the microwave oven), new bathroom with beautiful shower breeze, large terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the cool, mosquito bin at each window. In total there are 7 apartments of various sizes, with an access alley and parking possibility. Beautiful also the swimming pool, very large with attached water and swimming pool for children; available to guests with Latvian and umbrellas. Not to forget the kindness of the owners, always smiling and available. What is fundamental, every day (except Sunday) refurbishment of the rooms and cleaning of the apartment.
