Highly recommend these excellent apartments.  We stayed in room 13 in the new block, but would expect that all the rooms are equally clean and well equipped. Very close to the excellent beach, tavernas, bus stop and supermarket.
Friendly owners - gave us some eggs and a carafe of wine during our stay.  No transfer to/from the ferry offered but easy to take the bus, or a taxi for 16 euros.

Excellent apartment in great location

We were at Naxos for our honeymoon and it was one of the best decision ever to stay there. The host Vangelis & Despina really take care of the guest and you can feel it they do this 'hospitality' things from the bottom of their hearts. The room was clean and nice, there is mini kitchen in my rooms, walking distance to agia anna beach, bus stop, taverns, & supermarket. Secret tips : if available, you can ask the room on the second floor which have sea-view balcony. (I stayed in room number 5).

Memorable Honeymoon Holiday.

Lovely convenient and clean property about 30 metres from a beautiful beach with good restaurants. The fact that it has two shower rooms makes it perfect for friends or families

What an Amazing return visit to Marias Residence .  We have tried the new Rooms Which have just finished this year. Super clean , great views to the Sea, Amazing rainforest shower , comfortable beds.
But the most important is the great Hospitality Of Vangelis And Despina.  They Are super friendly And always helpful.
For sure we will be back.

A fabulous return visit

I am a return Guest to this beautiful Residence just steps away From The beautiful Beach Of Ayia Anna. The Newly build apartment is amazingly spacious with a big balcony to the sea. The Bathroom with The rainforest shower is amazingly relaxing after a Long day to The Beach.
Everyday our fridge will be full Of Eggs From The owners farm, waternelon, melons, And other seasonal fruits From their Garden .
Despina And Vangelis are the Best owners ever, taking care Of all the guests , And Keep asking everyday how is our stay And how They can make It better. They give us Information where to eat And have a nice Coffee.
We will be back next year for sure.
