Stayed in this hotel beginning of August and it was great! Located right across the street of ag prokopios beach. We got a room facing the ocean and you are so close you can hear the waves! Room is basic but you have all that is needed. Service very sweet and staff helpful. Would recommend 

Location location location 

We stayed at the Amalia Suites for 5 nights and felt welcome from the moment we arrived until checkout.  On arrival we were greeted with orange cake to enjoy in out room. The location is second to none on Agios Prokopios, across the road is the beach and great restaurants on your door step. The rooms are basic but have all that you need.  We had a room overlooking the beach so enjoyed a great view from our balcony, the only problem there was the chain smoker next door who smoked whilst we try to enjoy breakfast.  The bus is outside the hotel so an easy location to reach from the port.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Amalia Studios Hotel. We felt the value we paid for a hotel on the beach was great. Our room came with a balcony that overlooked the beach. I would recommend your request one of these rooms as there are rooms that do not face the beach. The Nikos family was very accommodating. They answered a lot of our questions and let us keep our bags in the bike shop as we had a late ferry on the day of check out. 

Great Beach Hotel

Fabulous location, opposite the lovely beach, the owners also have a restaurant next door, also Bike and scooter hire. They were wonderful hosts during our entire stay. The rooms were very clean, daily fresh towels etc. Small kitchenette in the corner, lovely balcony overlooking the beach. Wonderful stay.

We spent our holiday here in mid-September. The rooms are nice but nothing special, but the sea-view is stunning. Cleanliness is very good, we received new towels daily and sheets were changed every 2-3 days. The owner family is very friendly and you can adress them any time. They also own the bike rental shop and Niko's taverne next to the hotel.
The only thing we didn't like was that sometimes the bathroom smelled like .... I think there is a problem with the sewerage. Note that there are rooms with some iron pipes sticking up from floor, this could be dangerous for children!
