Strategic location, rooms with what you need, cleaning and laundry every day, only new in the morning without hot water but the morning shower actually only serves the day you leave because if you want you cross the road and dive into a beautiful sea to greet before you leave.

Strategic location near the fantastic sea

I stayed here with my family (adolescent children) for a week in August 22. Floor-level apartment, no sea view, unfortunately. Super clean structure, daily cleaning service and possible towel change. Fresh structure, we didn't even need to turn on the a/c, small outdoor space enough to eat for 4 people, covered and shaded. Cooking angle... Bad note, a couple of pre-war electric plates, the only time we tried to have lunch at home we spent an hour just boiling water. Even the space dedicated to preparation is definitely risky.

Greek simplicity

The studio is very clean, and to keep it clean, we clean it every day. We have a small kitchen, a balcony that's a good size, and a small but spacious shower in the bathroom. We have a direct view of the sea, the beach can be reached in 2 minutes.

Clean studio with sea view

Dreamy restaurant right by the sea. We went to the showcase every night and picked out the most delicious stuff. Rabbit, spaghetti with shrimp and stuffed potatoes are super delicious.

Best food ever

I was very impressed with this accommodation. My studio had a large balcony with a great view of the sea and on the side also of the island. The room was very clean and carefully cleaned every day. The owners took great care that the hygiene measures regarding Corona were strictly observed. The three brothers who run the studios and the restaurant together were always very friendly and warm, and I felt very comfortable here. Finally, I would also like to mention the restaurant. I have always had a great meal here. I can warmly recommend Sunset Studios on the Beach and look forward to my next vacation in this house.

We stayed in this building for 2 weeks with my family in a studio on the 1st floor with a cooking corner. The apartment is well maintained with furniture and mattresses in excellent condition and the bathroom recently renovated. The terrace, although a little small, has a magnificent view of the sea, with a table to eat. Good daily cleaning with towel change every 2 days. The kitchen has 2 electric plates and 1 boiler, the supply of dishes is quite small: it's just what you need x 4 people. I appreciated the proximity to the sea and the tranquility, being a little entering from the street, and the distance, supermarkets 5 minutes away and stops from the bus a few meters away.

All very well.

We returned to Naxos after twenty years staying here at Agio Prokopios, near the Sunset, where we already knew the restaurant. Everything is perfect: location directly on the beautiful beach (two hundred years ago there were only fewer umbrellas); every evening wonderful sunset view on Paros; clean, very quiet and functional studios; owner and staff always available and kind. Good logistics and excellent restaurant. When Meltemi does not breathe hard, these places are a real anticipation of paradise. When I return, I will come back here safely. That's a great solution.

The room was nice, clean and cosy. The view from the balcony was amazing. The owner was very friendly. In the restaurant of the hotel there were always some Greek people coming for dinner, which is the best recommendation. The only thing which was not perfect was the shower - sometimes the water was not hot, sometimes the water pressure was weak (which is totally understandable since you are on an island). Excellent value for money! (view from the balcony priceless!)

Wondferful Place!

Stayed here for few nights in June. It was really amazing! The apartment is very nice and cosy, and it has the fabulous sea (sunset!) views from the balcony. It is just infront of the beach. The owner Apostolos is a wonderful person, he picked us up in the ferry port (actually, just our suitcases since we rented a car in the port) and helped us a lot. Him and his family have a restaurant as a part of the Studios complex and we were eating there few times. It is very tasty and not expensive at all. Overall, I liked everything and highly recommended to everyone.

Awesome place, great owner, delicious food in the restaurant

just arrived home after spending 16 nights at sunset studios, fabulous views from the balcony, It is family run and everyone is very helpful, lovely food in their own taverna and well priced.This was our 4th time with Apostolis and his lovely family and we would like to thank them for the warm hospitality shown to us.We will be back next year.
