I stayed here in August 2019 and was greeted by the owner and she was extremely friendly. She took me to my room and brought me a bottle of wine and snacks. My room and bathroom was cleaned every day. The location is perfect! It’s just a few steps away from the beach. If I came back to Naxos I will definitely stay here again and again!

Perfect!!

Very convenient, cozy, charming apartment located just maybe 10-20 steps from the beachfront. The studio that we got has a great view of the water, beach, and mountains in the distance. It was not too loud yet we were right in the middle of everything! Very easy to just wake up, step outside, and eat some of the delicious food that Kavourakia offers - Kavourakia owns a delicious grill restaurant downstairs and a great beachfront cafe 10 steps down by the beach. Chrisoula, the manager, is such a sweetheart and kind soul - she welcomed us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed always. Her and her family run both of their restaurants and their hotel, so you really feel like part of their Greek family staying here - very kind and welcoming folks. The room is serviced daily - it was great coming back from the beach or our Naxos adventures to a cleaned up room (room keeper was also kind and was not intrusive at all). If you are looking for a nice, seaside studio right in the middle of everything, nestled amongst great restaurants and bars and shops, just 10 steps from the sand, choose Kavourakia!!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful tucked sea-breeze apartment just 10 steps from the beach in Naxos

A very comfortable apartment in the best location. It has everything around: bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy, car rental, cafes, the bus station for other beaches or Chora, taxi and of course Ag. Prokopios beach. We had a family room that was a seperate double room, the bathroom with a shower and another room with a small kitchenette, a sofa bed and extra bed  for our 2 kids. It has a small veranta, and although is on the busiest street of Ag. Prokopios is very quiet. IS very clean and they change the towels every day. Is very near the beach. Below there is a souvlaki restaurant and on the opposite side of the street the same owner has a cafe with delicious savories and crepe for breakfast. The owners were very friendly and warm assisting us with everything. Is very recommended for families and couple. You will definitely enjoy it.

A lovely accommodation, the best location.

Our stay in Kavourakia Studios was flawless. The Studios are one minute to the beach, the rooms are exactly like in the pictures and we were very content with the cleaning. The Studios have a great location in one of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos.

They are next to the main street of Agios Prokopios that is very crowded but there were no problems with the noise because we had a garden view room.

Nice clean and friendly place. The food is really good and the prices are pretty ok. Was our favourite place for lunch during the vacation.
The fried cheese with honey and sesame is outstanding!
Also the club sandwich was extremely good

Best food and great service

The room was cleaned everyday with great attention to detail. The hotel was close to everything you could ask for. Grocery store, restaurants, the beach, public transportation, taxis etc... Would definitely stay here again because of the value you get for what you pay. The pitas downstairs in the restaurant are a great way to enjoy the beach at any time.
