We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and it was very nice . It is on a small a hill very near to the beach,shop,restaurants...it was very easy to get from there to the beaches like elafonissi,balos,falassarna...
The place was clean and it had everything you would need to cook a simple meal ...  from the balcony you'll enjoy the view to the see...the owner was very nice and friendly! 
The only thing that I would change there is the bathroom! Very small and when you shower the water would go everywhere! But all in all it is a very nice place to stay in.(do not sleep with open balcony door  -lots of mosquitos)

I do not know if the place is nice or not and I  will have no chance of discovering this. I got a request to cancel my 2 night booking just one day after I booked. Things like that can happen but one would expect a decent explanation and an apology. Instead, I got an impolite tone and crude justifications over the phone. Book at this place at your own risk!

We've just returned from two wonderful weeks at Amazon Studios and highly recommend staying there. The studios are located up the hill from the main strip - up a very steep hill as it happens, but this means you have wonderful views. The facilities are basic, but very well-maintained and clean, and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There's no pool, but it's just a 10 minute stroll down to the beach - which we tend to prefer to do anyway, so it was no problem for us. Wifi is free and worked well, and air conditioning is included in the price of the room, which was a real bonus and very helpful on those humid nights. 

We really loved the warm welcome from the family and playing with the friendly kittens. We can't wait to go back again soon!

Wonderful welcome at Amazon Studios

Been there with my wife for almost a fortnight. Positive feelings from the first moment. Nothing ever troubled us or discomforted us. The owners made us feel at home and were very helpful. Very close to the beach and very peaceful at the same time. No doubt we will visit Amazon Studios again!!! 

P.S.: The best part of every single night...when we returned and we found the cute cat with her kittens waiting us to play with them!!

A great place to relax..

We arrived late at night after a flight in from Athens. We booked an arrival transfer but unfortunately the driver was unable to find the property due to inaccurate location on google maps. The driver kindly called the emergency number and arranged for the owner to meet us at a local store so we could follow him to the correct location.  Our room was a studio but neverhtheless quite spacious and with a third bed. The aircon was free and definitely needed in July and it worked well. The bathroom was fine and there were plenty of utensils in the small kitchenette. No problems with the wifi or anything else for that matter. The elevated sea views from the property were great and even though it was fairly high up it only took around 7 minutes to walk down to the main street where buses were available every 20 minutes into Chania. Plenty of supermarkets and eating places on the main strip and the beach was easily accessed and very nice.

Only 3 nights but all the same..

The view, the cleanliness, the hospitality, everything was perfect. The kitchen equipment is brief but it's the holidays, you don't spend your time feeding and, of course, enough. The view is beautiful (sea view) with the retreat that makes this place particularly quiet yet on a street of restaurants, supermarkets and a few meters away from the beaches. For animal lovers, the dogs and cats who live with the owners are adorable and just want to be hugged! In short, I loved it!

the people who own the place are true Cretans and their hospitality is excellent!!! the view is amazing and the place quite close to the sea front- my only objection was the mosquitoes but you can't do anything about that!!!

We booked for 2 nights (60€). Very friendly accommodation. We had booked a room with a double bed unfortunately we had twin beds (we won't be robbing for so little!). Very clean room, cleaned every day and equipped with air conditioning (included in the price of the room). Common terrace with several rooms with several tables which allows for lunch in the sun. Beautiful view from the top of the city on the sea.

We stayed in this property for a week.We found simple but well-maintained environments, panoramic views of the sea, with all amenities and the beach accessible on foot.Family-run management creates a comfortable and genuine environment that makes you feel at home.Excellent quality price ratio...ideal for a relaxing holiday!!!
