Exceptional hospitality by mum Maria who is the heart and the soul of the complex. Everybody is helpful and kind, ready to help and serve in any way so they make the customer happy (cannot forget one night mum Maria cooked something for the kids after the kitchen was closed!). The area is great (isolated by the rest of the island) with a great beach in 100 m which is pretty big and never busy (shallow waters, perfect for young kids). In the restaurant you can try on if the best version of traditional Greek recipes and products from Naxos (ask for local raki and cheese arseniko Naxos). We highly recommended it!

Highly recommend it!

We are a family with 2 teenagers and we booked the villa with the private pool for a week. I can say that was the best holidays we had! We were just enjoy the beautiful sunset from our terrasse, having a drink brought it by Maria( our host). She and her husband were just most then welcome with us. Plus, they had a restaurant with fresh fish of the day, so if we weren’t in a mood to go in town, we just had dinner there. Our children could also use the swimming pool till late in the night. Is very quite as is far away from town, so you better rent a car, but we love it. In town is too much crowd so we preferred having our peaceful. The beach is unorganized but that is the beauty i think because we were to beach town, is very nice, but too much people in august. So having our car, we could explore the island everyday.
I really recommend this hotel and for sure we will go back. 

Perfect 

The hotel is the perfect place to spend a vacation with family. Perfect for children. The apartment, with a lovely patio opening to the pool, was comfortable and super clean. The restaurant, on the pool with a magnificent view over the sea, is open until midnight, they serve delicious home cooked meals and breakfast (not included, we had breakfast “a la carte” every day) is amazing. Fresh orange juice, greek yogurt with honey and home made fruit tart were our favorites!
The restaurant and the pool have the most perfect sunset view!
The hotel is situated on the far end of the west coast, 30 minutes drive to Naxos village, the location is beautiful and very quite, a beautiful beach is in front of the hotel, is not organized but you almost have it to yourself!  
Don’t expect a 5 star hotel, but be assured that the family running the business and their staff will make you feel a 5 star guest! Kiria Maria, her daughter and all of the staff are the kindest and warmest people you can imagine. They truly represent the greek spirit of “filoxenia” and made our stay in Naxos unforgettable.

Lovely location and the nicest staff in Naxos

The location is quite remote, almostvat the ebd if the road of Agiassos. It takes 30 minutes to arrive from Naxos Port. It is close to Agiassos beach, but don't expect umbrellas and sunbeds, because it's not that kind of beach.
The place us nice, covered in local stone, well finished. The apartments are not very big, but it's enough fir a family, I especially liked the two terraces that are in shade most if the day.
The furniture is nice, the kitchen is well equiped.
But the Best thing is the food cooked to perfection by Maria. The food is not the usual comnercial restaurant stuff, but homemade style.
We had fish, squid, octopuss, aubergines, zucchini, and it was the best we ever had, better thany any of the 50-60 fish restaurants I eat in Italy. 

Nice place, best food in Naxos

We have just returned from our very delayed honeymoon. We wanted a quiet and un-commercial Greek Island so we could park off and totally relax ... we def found this on Naxos. Our stay at Avegerinos Village was perfect.  When we arrived Maria and her wonderful family had organised a cake and champagne to greet us... so kind. The hotel has been so thoughtfully designed and is beautiful. The pool was fab and very welcome at the end of a hot day lounging on the beaches of Naxos or exploring the Island. Talking of beaches ... the hotel is so close to the beach you feel as though you have your own private beach. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Maria's cooking was gorgeous... huge helpings, we had a few doggy bags for picnics the next day.  The whole family go out of their way to help you and make sure that you are comfortable with all that you need. We had an amazing time... thank you to Maria and your family.  Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfect honeymoon 

A really great location, Agiassos beach is beautiful, quiet and great for families.

The hotel is nice, with attractive buildings, two pools and a restaurant area at the front.

Avgerinos Village is definitely a family run establishment and Maria (mum) is an excellent cook and her daughter and a couple of staff serve up delicious locally sourced meals.

The buildings could do with some maintenance and only one of the staff spoke English but we still had a great time.

Great Location and Food

The hotel is beautiful  located to a half hour distant beach from the main town of the island... staff is very friendly and Maria is an excellent cook not only for breakfast but for lunch and dinner as well... wifi is not working when there is wind and the room is cleaned day after day (I don't wnt my towels and bedding to be changed every day but I don't like to step in the bathroom  with water on the floor from the previous day shower) If you are looking for professionalism stay away but if you are looking for a family runned hotel this is the right place to go.

Well, yes... but... why not?

Probably it was a very nice place in the past, but not anymore!
It seems it was a business made by someone smart, unfortunately sold to someone who doesn’t know what to do with it. 
Old furniture. 
Not clean pool. Only one with water. The other one empty and dirty. 
Not clean (main) kitchen 
Poor WiFi
Old Sun beds made by wood which stayed to much in the sun. 
No litter in the room
Bathroom very poor (and this is very important for any tourist). 
My list can go on, but I stop.

Not anymore!

Don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to, I’ll keep it short. This was our last destination of a Greek island hopping holiday, for 3 nights we paid approximately £90 per night. The photographs make this place look like real luxury but do not be fooled. Put simply, the place is filthy. There is absolutely no luxury, sheets and towels look like they haven’t been replaced for 10 years and are grey. There were wires hanging out of the wall and uncapped pipes coming out of the floor. The balcony was covered in hair and water, the ‘sea view’ was about 2 feet wide then immediately to our left was a derelict building. The bathroom had years worth of dirt build up and the pool had lots of dead insects at the bottom along with yellow staining (?). The owner is an older Greek lady who doesn’t speak a lot of English. We checked in and left about 4 hours later. We had paid upfront and I had an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund which after 2 weeks has happened via Booking.com. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would, beware of the photographs.
