We arrived on the evening and we were given a room with was clean and small but comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped and everything was good. 
Our room was cleaned every day. They also changed  our bed sheets and towels daily. The ac worked as it should,the staff  was nice and helpful... the bed was not the most comfortable one We ever tried but we slept through the night.... the shower box was a little old and mangy but not where you would normally touch it so I didn't care that much. They should just   carefully clean that thing. Other stuff to complain we didn't see. We walked there at 22h with our son and we had no problem. No strange people or scary faces on the way... also the supermarket is in front of the hotel and for us that was helpful  for we could buy  anything just crossing the street. 
We really enjoyed  our stay here and we would definitely come back.

It's modern,clean,friendly owners, near to all amenities , couldn't ask for better,nice and quiet, breakfast 4 euro for continental comprising toast,cake,croissant,orange tea coffee..well worth it.....there's a supermarket straight opposite, market day is Wednesdays on this street so very busy then hospital top of street

LOVELY MODERN CLEAN,NEAR TO BEACH/all amenities

Very well appointed in a recently renovated hotel. My main complaint was a luke warm shower at 8:00 am on a sunny day when the solar water heaters should have supplied sufficent hot water. I also was told to pay for the room the morning I was leaving instead of the night before. It seems that this is a common request on Crete even though I can't imagine why.

No complaints...except...

Sunbeam is situated very near the lively centre of Agios but in a quiet street. We could park our car very near the hotel every day. Supermarket around the corner and many restaurants where you can go by foot.
Do I need to say more?
The economy studio had everything you need. Little kitchen, little bathroom, terrace where you can sit, airco and 2 beds.
I could rank the whole at 2 stars (tripadvisor ranking system) but for the price paid ( 30 euro/night) I rank it 3 stars.
We choosed appt 106 at the backside and so we did not have the heat of the sun. Extra comfortable!
We did not use it but with some extra payment you can have breakfast.
A good, clean and cheap place to stay if you don’t expect luxury!


Clean, cheap and ok if you don’t ask luxury

We stayed there for 2 nights and we were looking forward to leave. We expected to have another room based on the pictures we saw when booked it. The room needs ASAP renovation as the bathroom was so old and felt dirty. the bed wasn't that big and the pillows so flat that didn't make any difference if you would use them. For no reason, the outdoor was semi transparent making impossible to light to sleep undisturbed after 7.00 am.It was also really hard to find parking place. The only positive was that the location was just 5' by foot from the center. For 45 euros/night it was definitely not worth it.
