This was a return visit to Almyrida Studios and just as perfect as every time before. For us the number 1 is the staff. Irini and Artemis are amazing and have become family friends, Also the two housekeeping ladies keep the rooms and the hotel spotless. The hotel has a wonderful location on the edge of Almyrida village right next to the beach. The pool area is generally very quiet so no issues getting sun beds. Almyrida beach is lined with a fantastic selection of tavernas and cafes and just stunning in the evening to watch the sun setting. Ive happily recommended this hotel to a number of friends who like me have returned year after year. Thank you for another wonderful holiday!! 

Spot of Paradise

We were upgraded to the studios… what a fabulous room overlooking the front with sea a couple of yds away. A balcony were we could chat to neighbours.
Clean and serviced every day… comfort second to none… it was perfect for 2 weeks

Friendly, helpful staff, modern decor, fab views with beach & sea views from cosy balconies. Comfortable bed & useful kitchenette.
I loved the colourful shower room & the storage unit under the sink was ideal. Wish other hotels adopted same.
Housekeeping staff did an excellent job & were generous with tea & coffee sachets.

Special thanks for allocating me a nice room a distance from the elevator, helped ensure I slept well.

Perfect secluded location with lovely tranquil bay

Had a recent group reunion visit to this venue . It’s right on the beach with views to die for Staff friendly and accommodating Hotel spotlessly clean Lovely pool area and 10 steps to the beach , village has a great selection of shops and restaurants

Charming and friendly

We had perfect room 169. View of the sea. Nice and friendly neighberhood. Good place for families both with and without children. Good local restaurants. We rented a car and had some nice trips to cities and caves. Taxi ride from the airport 45 minutes at price 45 euro.

Small and charming place

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely local seaside town. The accommodations were excellent - clean and just what’s needed for a summer holiday. The hotel staff were lovely. So many choices for meals and drinks- either on the hotel roof with an expansive view or at a local restaurant with the waves at your feet. Excellent location for smaller day trips to inland sites and other nearby beaches. You won’t be disappointed.

spotlessly clean, great location and staff were friendly helpful and went all out to ensure we had great time.  Facilities are fab with rooftop terrace, restaurant and poo and everything you need from a charming little town right on your doorstep

fab hotel will definitely visit again

nice rooms, nice food, very nice and helpfull service. I forgot my phone in an bus, and they were very concerned and helped me gettting it back. The hotel is always clean. close to the coast. The beach is stone, but with the bridge it is easy to go swimming A place to visit again.

Helpfull staff

We have just spent one week on this hotel, and we are wery satisfied. The rooms are nice, the cleaning is perfect, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had to walk to Almyrida beach for the breakfast, and it was nice to start the day walking these 200 meters. It was the best breakfast we have ever had!! We will highly recommend this hotell, and we’ll come back. We had nice walks around the area, and it’s worth visiting Kalyves, Gavalahori and Plaka.

Perfect location on the beach

From the start the staff made you feel very welcome. I happen to mention it was our 50th wedding anniversary and the cleaning staff made a heart, shaped out of towels and leaves,and laid it on our bed, which was a wonderful surprise. Ideal location, handy for taverna's and buses to Chania. Breakfast in the Almyrida hotel was very good with a good selection.
