Perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation in Aegiali. Sofia was an amazing host for us, so helpful, funny and kind! Clean rooms and close to the beach and restaurants. Please be nice to the cats everyone... There was a small family of cats living behind the hotel with 3 kittens.

Perfect stay in Aegiali 

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The room was small but it had everything, including a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a newly renovated bathroom and new towels and underwear.

A pleasant little but charming hotel

The accommodation is located above the harbor, climbing the stairs of a street. The owner speaks almost nothing of English and it is very difficult, if not impossible, to communicate with her. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have a nice balcony. El nuestro had a view of the sea. However, what we least liked was the cleanliness. The room was quite dirty, full of dead insects. We stayed for several days and the same dead insects continued to be there until the last day.

 Habitación amplia is a large building.

We booked via booking.com for a weeks stay in Aegiali. The apartments are within walking distance of the port and tucked away behind restaurants and shops, however, we were never disturbed by noise. The room and en suite was small but the balcony was a good size with sea and harbour views, lovely to watch the beautiful sunsets. There was an under counter sized fridge in the room and also tea/coffee making facilities. There are no washing facilities for clothes (we had been travelling a while so needed this), but Sophia’s mum was kind enough to offer to use her own machine and did this for us.

Excellent location

I took it at the last moment to stay there (September 2017) almost a week, I knew before this pension, it pleases a lot of us who years on we find Efthimia is adorable (although she doesn't speak anything other than Greek...) and her rooms are comfortable well arranged and very clean (I'm amazed at all the negative comments about this... it never happened to me, sheets and towels regularly changed as far as I'm concerned) there's a large studio room with kitchen corner and a small balcony from where the views on the harbor or on the beach are splendid; the price is extremely cheap this is certainly not the terrace we can sit on in a room where the roof is very luxurious but the sun can return to the kitchen but the rooftop of the hotel is very quiet, so I can look forward to the terrace on the rooftop of the hotel, where the kitchen is very quiet, but the rooftop of the bathroom is very nice.

Well, may I say

I was advised by a Greek person, her need to be very close to the harbour, in favourable economic conditions, she made me stay in this boarding house, the room was the only available, very basic and therefore cheap, beautiful view from the terrace on the port of Aegealis, Greek family owner, very available and kind

A one-night stop before departing the next morning for Piraeus.

We spent one night at the Aegean Pension, waiting for our ferry the next morning. The rooms are cute, the laundry is soft and comfortable. The toilets are functional, there is no shower curtain so watch out for the flooding! Central location in Aegiali and it is quite quiet. There is a small refrigerator and a bottle of Amorgos to welcome us! For 30€ in June, do not hesitate.

There was a tiny mix up when we arrived at port, but everything was sorted quickly. The Aegeon Pension is in very good location - 5 minutes walk from the port and you have everything around - coffee shops, tavernas, small boutique stores etc. 
Pension it self was really quiet, clean and nicely kept. The rooms must have been recently refurbished. The room was very spacious and clean. there is little kitchenette corner, but we didn't use it. Has also small fridge. 
On the first morning when I woke up I went to the local coffee shop to get cold Cappuccino Freddo and when Ms. Evthimia (the owner) saw me coming back, she gave us freshly made cake (of course she backed it herself). on the 2nd day I managed to catch a cold. when she found it out, in the evening we heard knock on our door and there was her daughter with two bawls of soup. on the last day when we left, again we received Mrs. Evthimias cake. 
We go the room facing the bay and we could see Aegeon beach which is literally 3 minutes walk from pension and is really nice with blue water and sandy beach. Was not too crowded either. 
Definitely suggest Aegeon pension.

Clean, nice room in great location

I stayed a week in 2013 in a very charming studio fully equipped with big windows giving out on a sea view astonishing and incredible… some evenings from the balcony you may listen to buzuki music when a concert is playiong downstair in a fastfood place there is alos a very big terrace where people can discuss the very gentle woman who hold the place is a very nice person who sometimes offers you a fish meal (I believe his man is a fisherman) I painted a lot of watercolors from this beautiful place
