Yes! You did it, it was a bit hard to find but this is the perfect place to stay on the island. Maria’s place is a real gem. We stayed in Villa Pitsa for our honeymoon and it had everything we wanted - a beautiful location with sea view, close to town and several great beaches (many reachable by foot), lovely room with air conditioning, very good price, and kind and helpful host. What more could you ask for! Highly recommended.

You’ve found it!

Our fifth time in Andros and third time staying with superb hosts Maria and her whole family at Villa Pitsa and George. The standards of cleanliness, quality decor and attention to customer needs is  oustanding. Now in the same location the newer Corali suites offer a new level of comfort and luxury. A fantastic place to stay in Batsi. 

Holiday 2022

Beautiful location in a calm and quiet place 5 minutes walking from the center of Batsí.
Nice hosts that who where very helpful.
Our room was nice and tidy and had the things that we needed. We had a lovely view from the balcony and it was nice to have our breakfast there.
It’s nice to walk down to the cliffs of Stivari and sunbath.
As swedes we are used to wider and softer beds.

Amazing!

A hidden gem with amazing sunset sea views over the Agean!. Great peaceful location, only a 5 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants of Batsi. Maria was an excellent host, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room with sea view balcony was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend.

The perfect stay!

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. The owner was very nice and accommodating, and was always there if we needed anything. Villa pitsa is a short walk to the restaurants and beach, which was great as you could take in the beautiful view of the sea in a remote setting whilst also being in walking distance to the main attractions. I would highly recommend staying here if staying in batsi.

This was our second visit to Batsi and as far as accommodation was concerned there was no other choice for us but Villa Pitsa and George where we stayed before.  The villa is excellently located, just outside the main part of the village and so it was very quiet and peaceful  but still only a five minute stroll into the centre.

Luckily we got the same appartment on the second floor with its stunning view over the sea. The rooms had been recently redecorated and had a lovely fresh ambience.  There were  two rooms each with its own balcony, and there was plenty of storage space for all our clothes and other things.  The kitchen area was well equiped with all we needed.  The bathroom was roomy with lots of shelf space for our toiletries.  The wi-fi worked perfectly well.  We couldn't have wanted anything more.  It was perfect.

Again Maria was very welcoming and arranged for a taxi to pick us up at Gavrio.  When we return to Batsi we will certainly stay at the Villa Pitsa again.

Perfect location

Amazing stay at Villa Pitsa in Batsi!!Breathtaking sea view from the balcony and all the rooms of the flat.Nicely decorated good size very clean rooms in best location in Batsi,close to all amenities. Maria the owner was just lovely, always very helpful. Very close to Villa Pitsa literally 2mins away there is a small beach which we loved and went there everyday. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our accommodation and we will definitely go back again!

Amazing stay

As first time visitors to Andros, we decided to stay in Batsi. We chose Villa Pitsa after reading reviews online and it lived up to the hype.  Being located just a little walk outside the main Batsi town, enabled us to enjoy a quiet stay with outstanding sea views! The owner was really friendly and easy to get in contact with. We had a lovely holiday and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing location at Villa Pitsa

We stayed at Villa Pitsa on the second floor for 3 days in the end of July 2021. There were four of us; 2 adults and 2 boys (11 & 9 years old). The location is ideal for both the town of Batsi and the local beaches and a short drive for the port town of Gavrio. It is within easy walking distance of all. We had beautiful sea views from our balcony. It is just a short walk out of the main street of town, so it is in a quiet location. The rooms are simple but with everything that you need and facing the ocean. The room was very clean and bedding changed frequently. The owner, Maria, is very nice, speaks fluent English, and was available for, any questions. She recommended beaches on the other side of the island the day we got there that would be best for that day due to the winds and they didn’t disappoint. 

Batsi in itself is a lovely traditional Greek island town. It has everything you might need including the right pace of life and truly GREAT food. We got to know the village and quickly settled into its rhythm of life! I would definitely go back and can recommend this place to anyone!
