Studio near the beach. Small and essential. Cleaned every day like towels and sheets. I'd put a few extra stoves and a microwave would be functional. Adriana is attentive to her guests and our chihuahua Spriz. Adriana also runs Kahlua beach and always has an eye for her guests.

Naxos after 6 years

Not to go there. Without any notice in two people we paid two drinks and one shisha 65 Euro! Shisha for two at 40 Euro is a theft. The place is nice but the service have to explain the shisha cost. Additionally this cost is usually increased based to the people on the table and cannot be a fixed cost.

Mi spiace veramente una pessima esperienza non si può pagare in due per due drinks ed una shisha 65 euro!!

Bar pessimo

It's a two-step walk from the sea and the center of Ag. Prokopios, small rooms with no view, micro-terrace, approximate cleaning and plenty of mosquitoes, and it's perfect for a very short stay for those who don't have any claims and want to spend little.

Great location (and that's it)

On the beach of Prokopios Beach with nearby parking, we spent good evenings with friends listening to good music and also dancing in this nice place with good service and great cocktails.

Nice company nights.

Very nice and adjacent to the beautiful beach of Prokopios Beach was our point of reference when we needed to drink some smoothie or fresh juice.

Great place near the beach.

We stayed at Andriana al kahlua studio for 6 nights. Andriana immediately made us comfortable by coming to pick us up at the port despite arriving 4 hours late due to the ferry strike. The room is spacious enough, the bathroom is comfortable, the terrace is very livable. the kitchen is very simple but on vacation we do not need more! Every day the room was cleaned with towel change and every two days the sheets. We organized ourselves to have breakfast in the room but we also went to Andriana al kahlua bar to make a great breakfast. If you are looking for a comfortable and simple accommodation and we are really recommended... we will definitely return!

Al Kahlua as your home

We left today this studio run by Adriana, person to say splendid. Always available to our every request. She came to pick us up at the port when we arrived and today she accompanied us again. Super honest. She waited until yesterday to collect the entire amount of the stay even though by contract she could do it in the 21 days before check-in. Her answer was that first she wants to know the customer. Studios in the center, 50 meters from the beach and from the bus stop for the chorus is about 5 km away) and to the other beaches with frequency every 15 hours from about 8 to 2 at night at a cost of 1.80 euros per trip.

What a lovely vacation.

I was booking a short stay in Agios Prokopios, a gap between few days in nearby Plaka and Santorini. There were plenty of accommodation options available but Kahlua got my attention because of two things: the location and free transfer to the port. 
I liked it. It is run by a powerhouse of a woman. She is everywhere and for such a tiny person, she is as strong as a horse. Really wonderful lady.
I had a lovely room on the top floor and a cute view towards the sea in between beautiful white Cycladic houses. 
But the biggest surprise was the roof terrace. Why isn't it mentioned more? I absolutely love roof terraces! You get cooling breeze, gorgeous view and, most definitely, the best place to watch the sunset. With a glass of something nice of course.
One tip to find it as it is not signposted. Turn right past the Europa rental car and it is the building right behind it.

Spent the day at this beach bar in Naxos. So, this place is located on the most beautiful beach. Very comfortable sun beds and towels Reasonably priced but Service not so great. A server never came over to us all day. They give you a menu when you arrive then disappear. Had to walk up to the bar, off the beach, to get a drink or some mediocre food.

Picked up from port and taken back, very clean studio with a lovely sun terrace on roof. only 1 minute to the beach and bus stop into town which run every 30 mins and take 10/15 mins, The owner of the rooms has a bar on the beach where you can have free beds, the wifi is very good. naxos town is amazing with narrow streets with bars and restaurants, although quite expensive compared to mainland Greece
