This is a beautiful place just right on the beach. Amazing view, simple and quiet clean and comfy! Host is lovely and helpful.
We hade a room with a sea view which we really like. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the silence of this amazing island.

Perfect location!

I stayed here 11 days in early October and am already planning to return.  The location is spectacular, with a large terrace/garden offering sea views and comfortable chairs, deckchairs and (my favourite) hammocks for idling away hours in contemplation, or reading/writing/thinking. There is a library of books in many languages - every reader's idea of heaven. The manager Harris is charming, polite and extremely helpful, as is his co-worker Eleni.  Rooms are perfectly nice, simple and tastefully decorated.  A 5 min walk will take you to the seafront bars, restaurants, and most importantly, a unique thermal springs situated in a cave. A perfect tonic for body and mind, senses and soul...

A perfect place to relax in a spectacular setting.

A beautiful setting above the village of Therma and accessed by a number of steps so one needs to have a degree of fitness. I travelled alone and was made to feel most welcome. The rooms are basic but more than adequate, small bathroom but an outside shower makes life easier. The gardens are superb and offer seating areas at every opportunity to gaze out over the sea, the village and distant islands. There are hammocks also where one can relax, sleep or read in comfort. Voula the owner is very kind and helpful and full of information about the island and can answer any questions. The rooms all have fridges so you can keep a constant supply of water which is filtered and available FOC, wine, beer and food, also there is a fully equipped kitchen which guests can use. Breakfast is served by the lovely Eliani ( sorry about the spelling) in the garden. I highly recommend this Pension and fully intend to return another time.

Stunning location

The rooms are basic, but decent sized, with small bathrooms with hand held shower nozzles, but who cares? This is the old style Greek island guest house. And the views and garden are lovely. The polyglot owner Voula and her coworker Eleni are marvelously warm and helpful. And the price is great. We stayed for a week and would gladly return. 

Warm hospitality, lovely views, and reminds us of Greece 30 years ago

We spent one night here in September - the views are spectacular at night. Get a bottle of wine and sit outside and watch the stars and the lights from the other nearby islands and you'll be delighted. The rooms themselves are a little dated and small but comfortable and the 4 euro breakfast in the morning was pleasant and yummy. Therma itself doesn't have a ton to offer but nearby Agios Kyrykos has more going on and is only a short drive away.

Stay here for the view!

Over bearing owner - like a building site - nearly 3 times as expensive as other c
comperable places to stay. Not a good place to start a holiday. Therma was OK  but 
not pretty or fun.  We left early  and rather cast down.

Sad start to a much needed holiday

Very rude owner talking nonsense. We went to join the yoga class and she was claiming we cannot be there (out in the field) because of covid which is not the rules in Greece. She was very intimidating and she doesn't like animals and wanted the dog to leave. I would definately avoid staying at this hotel due to this animal hater and irrational owner.

We paid 70Euro for a room that was basically meant for teenage backpackers, with a terribly small and uncomfortable bathroom.  The price should have been 30E.   What they also don't tell you is that you have to pass by two abandoned buildings (with signs saying "danger, stay away from building") just to get to the pension.  Once there everyone is very nice, the garden is gorgeous and the views incredible.

2015 Prices / 1975 Style Hotel

Unfortunately, Therma  has been neglected and is in disrepair. The walk to Agriolykos Pension  feels like one is going through a war zone, with empty buildings, boarded windows, trash, and an assortment of items that workmen have left on unfinished projects.  Although the beach could be lovely, it it is strewn with cigarette butts—a sharp and upsetting contrast to the tranquility and beauty of the sea. Moreover, the edifice that houses the natural thermal springs looks like an uninviting, dilapidated shack, both outside and inside. It quickly took away our appetite for experiencing the thermal waters. The access to the pension  requires a steep walk past neglected properties, half- finished construction projects and a difficult hike up about 30 steps. Although the site of the pension allows for a magnificent view of the sea and the Island of   Samos, the accommodations  are substandard at best.  The beds are much like cots  and terribly uncomfortable. The bathrooms are extremely small and sink, toilet, and shower (more like a hose), are all crowded together.  Voula, the owner, is extremely accommodating and hospitable. However, her prices are outrageous given how primitive the accommodations are.
