Nothing fancy just really friendly family run hotel offering great value clean comfortable accommodation. Well located for many restaurants too. Entertainment most nights during our stay. Jet2 don’t tell me I have to write 220 characters as a minimum unless you’re thinking of paying me. 

Great value friendly hotel.

This was a last minute holiday and it was the end of the season. 
We really got lucky, the hotel is fabulous, friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. 
The rooms are tidy and clean. 
Best of all the weather was fantastic for mid Oct. 
Would highly recommend.

Such a friendly hotel.

Had a wonderful week in this Hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for you and we're always on hand 24 hours a day.
People complained the rooms are dated, but they are very clean and everything functioned perfectly with lovely hot showers, spacious balconies with a nice outlook.
Great bar Great food & entertainment beautiful public areas and pool. 
One tiny complaint Sky news was on in the Breakfast room ( sound on) and l came away to leave bad news behind so l ate elsewhere. Other than that hats off to Thomas Bay you were fantastic enjoy your hard earned break will definitely return! 

Very friendly hotel 

The first thing we noticed were 2 signs in the wet room asking guests not to use towels as bath mats,  although no bath mat was supplied. On the first evening after I showered I slipped on the wet floor and fell badly. Luckily I had a towel on my head or the outcome would have been very different as I hit my head on the toilet as I fell. We spoke to the receptionist on duty who went into action straight away and moved us to the next room where there was a shower cubicle, apparently the previous room was for disabled guests, hence the wet room. Still no bath mat though so we were stepping out of the shower cubicle with wet feet onto a wet, slippery tiled floor. We rang the emergency number for Jet 2 and were told someone would ring us back. It took 4 days for someone to ring us and we met with the rep on the 5th day. A bath mat was supplied on that day despite the rep's dismissive attitude. The next guests in the disabled room voiced their concerns about slipping on the wet floor, so surely if enough people are using towels as bath mats that there needs to be signs put up regarding this, then clearly there is a need for bath mats!!!
No kettle or fridge is supplied in rooms so no early morning cup of tea or late night drink, and any water we drank we had to drink warm. 
The entertainment started at 10pm and usually continued until around 12.30pm,  so if you like an early night request a room far from the entertainment area.  
Something that worried us a great deal was the fire door by reception leading to ground floor rooms being propped wide open with a wooden wedge.  The only time it was closed was when the entertainment started to reduce the noise to ground floor rooms.  We closed it every time we saw it open but it would always be wedged open again. 
There were multiple slats missing on beds so we had to be careful where on the bed we sat, not good if, like me, you have back problems. 
There were very few power points in both rooms, and none at all where you could plug a hairdryer in near the mirror. 
I have stayed in other rooms in San Stefanos in the past, Vicki Rooms and Little Prince to name two, and never had these problems before. 

Sadly would not recommend due to obvious danger  element. 

The hotel was amazing! We had entertainment every evening. It was very clean. The rooms were spacious and have a lovely big balcony. Food was very plentiful and nice menu. The prices were reasonable and lots of special offers! 

Family run hotel. The staff were all amazing. They make you very welcome and can't do enough for you in making sure you're waited on and having a relaxed experience!

Lovely beach, fab restaraunts and Greek people are so amazing and welcome you with open arms!

My husband, friends and I want to thank Nicos, Heather, Irene, Yannis and Cristos for all their hard work and and giving us all a fantastic holiday. We all can't wait to see you all next year!!

The staff are brilliant all very helpful .The actual hotel os overdue a refurb ,all very tired and worn .The lower floor rooms are very damp ,and have o have humidifiers in .Could be good ,need money spent

Back to the hotel, yes, there are issues. Yes, it could do with a bit spending on  it , but the area the staff more than make up for it .if you want 5☆or 4☆ then pay for it ? I am a hotel maintenance  man, and trust me, there's  a lot worse  out there for a lot more money. Keep  up the great work. 
If there's anything  to moan  about, maybe the music/entertainment is loud 
So give it a go

No frills  but great location and  excellent  staff.

Stayed at this hotel with husband and son.  Overall it’s a lovely place to stay.   
Bedrooms and bathroom could do with a bit of TLC but found the rest of the hotel lovely.  The thing that makes this hotel are the staff, they’re a real credit to the hotel and can’t do enough for you,  very friendly people, all of them.
We met some lovely people while we were here and loved the resort and hope to return..
Keep up the good work.

Lovely friendly place….

Just returned from a 11 night stay at Thomas Bay. Lovely lady greeted us on arrival Louise. I had requested a quiet room and were shown to room 238 perfect. The rooms are very dated and small did miss having a kettle and fridge which we have had before even in hotels however the cleaners came in everyday and fresh towels every 2nd day.
Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice husband payed the extra 4.5€ for the full english and said it was excellent. Entertainment every evening something for everyone. Adults only making it a very relaxing holiday.

Relaxing holiday.

We just spent 10 days at Thomas Bay Hotel. What a great experience..
When we arrived our fellow Scot met us at the reception and was just fabulous,  a great big smile and a chat about everything before showing us our room,  ahe insisted on carrying one of our cases...
Louise advised should be need anything she would be around until 5 then the other staff would be available. she wasn't wrong! From the bar staff to the cleaners to the lovely whacky Greek Gentleman serving our breakfast it..I cannot fault a single one of them.
This is a lovely place to stay,  slap Bank on the middle of the village with no walking to any of the amazing Greek Tavernas to the 5 minute walk to an absolutely amazing beach...
The rooms are small and a bit dated but....don't let this part of my review put u off.  They are immaculately clean,  and cleaned every day with new towels and toilet paper. 
There are no coffee making facilities for those of us who like a cuppa first thing..but we just took a small travel kettle and sachets of coffee..couple small cups. 
Breakfast is served 7 till 10 so a good window  
The hotel itself is lovely,  the pool area fantastic! You can sit by the pool or on the grass,  the sunbeds have thick mattress so lovely and comfortable.
The hotel has entertainment some nights and bingo and quiz if that's ur thing..the prices in the hotel are not extortionate as some hotels can be. 
It's an adult only hotel and I have to say lovely and quiet during the day. 
Met some amazing people all in all and will be back to see everyone again next year!
Nearly forgot to mention... for those of us with late flights...you had to vacate room as usual at 12, but there is an amazing shower/ toilet facility in the hotel to change after a day at the pool. 
Also forgot to mention. We felt so very very safe here, there appears to be little or no crime,  especially not Greek Crimials...
