Lovely apartment 

First of all, I would like to personally say THANK YOU Nina and Leo for looking after my Dad, as he arrived on his own days before us. This holiday was the first holiday abroad after losing my mom, so it was appreciated that my dads room was not somewhere isolated, but it was on the ground floor right by the bar and pool, room 205.
Our room was on 1st floor 204 2 bed apartment. Overlooking the pool and a nice view of the trees and nature from the front door. The room was basic but clean and towels and sheets changed every other day. The only negative was the bathrooms could do with been updated, but I loved these apartments which was minutes away from the strip. No matter what time of day it was, there was always sunbeds. Would i go back?? the answer is yes.

Family holiday.

Ideally located a few minutes walk from the 'Strip' the apartments have a good pool (very clean) with plenty of sun loungers and adjacent pool bar. The bar is overseen by Leo and Nina who both manage to keep smiling despite the some times very late nights - a very friendly bar.
Greek nights (16 euros plus drinks) are a must - loads of food, music, dancing, plate smashing etc. and great fun.
Rooms are on the small side with fairly limited storage and an equally small shower room/WC. We had room 15 on first floor with a private balcony furnished with table and 2 chairs. Beds were good quality, there are basic cooking facilities and a decent sized fridge. The shower was in urgent need of updating but we always had plenty of hot water and sheets and towels were changed regularly.
If you are looking for good budget priced stay in Sidari then Koursaros will be hard to beat.
We had a great time and will certainly use Koursaros again.

WELL THEY SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND ITS CERTAINLY TRUE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. FOR A START 
YOU DO NOT GET EITHER A SCOURER, DISH CLOTH OR TEA TOWEL TO USE WITH THE "KITCHEN", SO YOU CAN'T KEEP CLEAN AND TIDY WHICH SURELY WOULD BE TO THEIR ADVANTAGE. YOU ONLY GET ONE PART USED TOILET ROLL  AND ARE NOT SUPPLIED WITH ANY REPLACEMENTS DURING YOUR STAY. 

GOOD POINTS ARE THE FOOD IS GOOD AND TASTY. POOL IS QUITE ADEQUATE FOR KIDS AND SAFE. ALSO PLENTY OF SUNBEDS FOR ALL. WHAT YOU DO GET WHICH IS MOST UNPLEASANT IS  A REAL SENSE OF BEING UNDER CONSTANT SCRUTINY AND OBSERVATION THAT YOU ARE NOT DRINKING YOU OWN DRINKS OR EATING YOU OWN FOODS . ON ONE OCASSION I WAS SCOLDED FOR HAVING THE NERVE TO DRINK HALF A CUP OF MY OWN COFFEE IN THE SNACK BAR THE MORNING AFTER 11 OF OUR PARTY HAD SPENT ALL NIGHT AT THE BBQ EATING AND DRINKING AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SPENDING. I CAN ONLY CONCLUDE THAT THIS IS DUE TO FACT THAT I HAD QUERIED THE BILL. MY TIP FOR YOU IS DEFINITLEY MAKE SURE TO PAY FOR ALL DRINKS AND FOOD AS YOU GO ALONG AS ANY CHALLENGES ARE JUST DISMISSED- SEEMS CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT ! DO NOT RUN A TAB ! 
ON OUR FINAL DAY THE FACT THAT I HAD PLACED MY CASE PRIOR TO BEING COLLECTED CLOSE TO THE ENTRANCE FOR SOME STRANGE REASON CAUSED THE WAITER TO REACT REALLY AGRESSIVELY AND THEN CONTINUED TO LAMBAST ME, IN FULL VIEW OF OTHER GUESTS,FOR USING THE TOILET IN THE BAR EVEN THOUGH WE HAD AS REQUESTED VACATED OUR ROOM. PRAY WHAT SHOULD I HAVE DONE THEN?
AGAIN SO MUCH FOR FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE !
LIKE OTHER REVIEWS THE OWNERS ONLY SEEM TO BOTHER WITH REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND WE HAD NO RAPORT WHATSOEVER WITH THE OWNERS AFTER WE TOLD THEM ON ARRIVAL WE WERE NOT REPEAT CUSTOMERS.  

OUR ROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR SEEMED TO HAVE A DISTINCT PROPENSITY TO ATTRACT HOARDS OF MOSQUITOES.

THE  "GARDEN" AREA AT THE REAR OF THE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENTS WAS IN NEED OF SOME SIGNIFICANT MAINTENANCE AND SUFFERED FROM CONSTANT LEAKS FROM ONE OF THE OVERHEAD AIR CON UNITS.

SO  AS I SAID YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.  OTHER REVIEWERS MUST HAVE MUCH LOWER EXPECTATION OF WHAT CONSTITUTES  A THREE STAR ESTABLISHMENT - NEVER 3 STAR IN MY OPINION ! WOULD NOT EVER RETURN.

Leo and Nina made my family  feel welcome, always on hand to help. I found them both fair in the way they did things and fun to be around, we thoroughly enjoyed the Greek traditional night and thought that they put lots of effort in and the food was great. Thank you

Just had a brilliant week here! Very quick check in on arrival. Leo & Nina who run the bar, were absolutely fantastic, friendly and so much fun....cant do enough for you. The  apartment was spotless , tho a little dated, but everything you need is there. Exactly what you would expect for 3 star. The whole place is really clean, and pool is lovely. BBQ night was very good, delicious food and live entertainment. The apartments are a five minute walk into the main strip they are ideally placed, always nice and quiet around the pool with plenty of sunbeds for all, no need to reserve a bed. I only had breakfast and snacks , but was delicious. Drinks and food really reasonable prices. The whole experience was totally relaxed, no rush for anything, really laid back. Neither me or my group (8 of us) had anything bad to say. We met some lovely people, great for kids. Possibly the only thing would be paying 50 euro for aircon, but that's it. Thoroughly recommend 

Fantastic time, thoroughly recommend ..

We visited the Koursaros last month and found the pool area/bar was lovely and clean. We were extremely disappointed when getting to our rooms as it was like we went back to the 1940’s. The shower was cold the first day so I went to the owner and asked if he could help which I found him very blunt and as if I was asking for a lot. This was fixed and sorted, shower is tiny barely any room to move around. The room itself was always kept clean by staff. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, went home with a very bad back. Leo at the bar was lovely and helpful! 

I think the apartments could do with an upgrade as they haven’t changed since I was last there over 10 years ago! Apart from that enjoyed sidari itself and the holiday 😃

Koursaros Apt

Stayed here for a week back end of September, found the rooms are really outdated and definitely in need of refurb however couldn’t fault how clean it was. That goes for the rooms and pool area, bedding and bins were changed twice during our stay. We could of done with towels changing more frequently but managed as we had took our own too. Bathroom is far too small and dingy the shower doesn’t even hang on the bracket, some nights it was running cold and couldn’t shower although tends to be peak times when everyone is showering at the same time. Beds were really uncomfortable too however I think the mattresses had been changed in some rooms as my in-laws beds in their room were a lot comfier. I would however like to point out how friendly and helpful Leo was who worked behind the bar nothing was ever too much trouble! Overall couldn’t complain for the price we paid however not sure I would return unless it was a short stay as I just felt like the room wasn’t a place I could relax in!

The rooms are small but got everthing you need in there small shower not hot just warm water if that, we arrived monday night and there came in and changed the bedding and changed the toilet bin on wednesday and that is it there didnt changed the toilet bin till monday when we left.
We went for a meal on the last night at the hotel we waited for about 45 mins for it to come to the table and everything was cold the owners dont talk to you unless you are regularly customers coming back to the hotel or you are a family.

So i would not recommend this apartment to any of my friends.

Me and my sister felt that the owners not welcoming.

Stayed here for a week in September  in a studio. rooms were  very basic & dated  but clean . Good location 
Good pool area  spotless with plenty sunbeds & parasols nice bar well stocked  Leo the barman very helpful and friendly  aircon available  7 euros a night safety deposit box 1 euro  a night .
