If you are looking for authentic Chania old town - cobbled thin pedestrian street with tavernas, boutique shops, hustle & bustle, this is the perfect place.
Rustic but clean white rooms, a balcony overlooking the street with a tiny bit of sea view.

Perfect, extremely well priced rooms in Chania Old Town

+ The place is interesting in itself. Living in the very center of the old town in a small room, but with a charming balcony that leads to a pedestrian street with restaurants. The atmosphere is unbelievably good. So for a couple of nights it's worth visiting for such a feeling..  Room 3x3. Shower with toilet 1x1. Since the hotel has only 3 rooms, there's no one on the desk on a regular basis. You have to contact by phone or messenger. But this is generally the norm.

Behind the atmosphere

Stayed here for a week beginning July 2019. Pedestrian street in Chania old town I could sit forever on the balcony watching the world go by. Whilst in the middle of the 'hustle and bustle' please note Chania old town is not noisy and mostly closed by midnight...for later nights head for the harbour.
The rooms are basic but there is everything you need, aircon, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries,tea/coffee. Above all it is clean. Spotless cleaned daily and towels changed. Early and late check ins catered for, and we were able to lock our luggage away on a late check out. Christina is very informative  helpful and laid back. We expressed a liking for the local rise petal conserve only to find a gift of it the following day. I dont think you will find better value for money within this location. Would definitely return.

Location location location 

We stayed one night at this hotel, and we found a parking lot five minutes from the hotel, which is very well located, the room is rather small and the bathroom is short, and the manager is nice and hospitable.

Well located but minimal comfort

Room on the first floor. Very small, so it's really just for sleeping. Located in the heart of the old town, the location is ideal for enjoying it and strolling the pedestrian streets. Arriving with a big suitcase can be a little painful, however, because the parking is not next door.

That's enough for one night.

I stayed only 1 night at Talos. We booked an hour before arriving, and the owners told us there was a mistake and that the room had to be empty by 8am. She apologised profusely and told us to leave if we wanted to, but we had a terrible experience earlier that evening and just wanted a safe place to stay. We did not regret it at all- the room was very clean and had everything we needed (including a strong fan!). It is situated in the middle of the old town, the most amazing place for shopping and eating, as well as very close to the water. The owners bought our breakfast for us, and looked after our bags until we left for the airport. Could not recommend this place enough- you will not regret staying here at all. Enjoy! 

Amazing stay at Talos!! Best location, kind owners

We booked this room . Our check in was late but this was not a problem. We went to our room very quickly. We opened the door and you could smell the clean sheets and the clean toilet!!! The kind lady at the reception gave us a lot of usefull directions. where to go, what to do etc

It was ahat we really wanted!!

Very well-placed small room (crowded street) in the heart of the old town. Minimalist bathroom. Warm and attentive home. Ideal for a short stay. To avoid people with reduced mobility or large luggage.

Three good things

We stayed 3 nights, the room was on the second floor of an alley near the harbour. Spacious room, with refrigerator and climate, balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking this characteristic road.

Spacious and clean room

We chose this rental room because it is a stone's throw from the harbor and free parking. We had the room on the first floor with a very nice and characteristic terrace overlooking the alley below where there are several lounges, in fact, we didn't sleep until 2 o'clock at night because of the cracks. The room is small, so we wouldn't recommend it for more than one night. The heat is felt but there is the air conditioner.
