An excellent place close to Parnassos ski center and close to beautiful village Arachova. 
The black and white suite is one of my favorites. The fireplace when outside is snowing is the best. Cozy and clean rooms. 
I visit this place a lot of times during the winter. You should also try their breakfast.

We really enjoyed our visit at the guesthouse! Anna was very accommodating, helpful and made our visit as perfect as possible!  Very clean, attractive and comfortable.  Excellent breakfast too with homemade sweets and eggs to order.  We got more than we paid for!!

Perfect getaway!

We made a reservation for a weekend stay at this property however to our surprise the room was given to another guest before our deadline deposit had expired.
The staff at the guest house in order to disguise their lack of professionalism utilized all kind of lame excuses. Their first excuse was that they had mistakenly jotted down the wrong telephone number. As a second excuse they proclaimed the deposit deadline was due a week ago, forgetting that we hadn't even made the reservation then.
When we insisted on how they could give away a reservation before the deadline, they didn't seem to care and didn't even have the decency to apologize for their double booking.
We are skiers that head to slopes every weekend and we thought we could try this property. We won't be making this mistake again.
Be wary of this establishment.

It was a so relaxing experience to stay at this place for our holidays. 
Anna had an incredible way to make you feel like home.
The place was so impeccably clean and tidy. Congratulations for the efforts - worth 100%.

The best hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was hand made and very delicious. We had so much fun and got the chance to get around as the location was so convenient. Thanks Agiannorema for the nice weekend and generous accommodation. Would absolutely recommend.

The best

Livadi is a vestreute village that has little to no charm and is very lonely - we knew that beforehand and since we were also looking for rest and had rented a car it was not a problem. First impression - from the outside to look nice, when entering to check in you have to go through the early morning with 6 tables on which at 13.30 there were all the beds that were obviously breakfasted there.
