We stayed at Philoxenia for 9 days this past April. We loved Ermioni with easy access by ferry to Poros & Hydra. Our accommodation was wonderful. Large comfotable room with kitchen facilities plus killer view from private balcony. Julie is lovely hostess & ready to assist. Would highly recommend if you are planning to stay in the area.

Great accommodation in perfect spot.

We had such a great stay in this place. The owner Julie was very welcoming and friendly. The room was nicely decorated, very clean and the bed comfortable. But what we loved even more is the balcony with an amazing view on the sea and the boats , so relaxing. Also the location is great: peaceful near a beautiful park and nice swimming spots and few meters from the harbour  on the other side with good tavernas. We definitely recommend Julie's apartments.

Paradise

We stayed 5 nights and wegot the apartment, which was just renovated with good taste. The breakfast was served to the room and it was god. It was nice to eat it out in  the balcony and watch the sea andthe boats. The Bisti peninsula just next to the hotel, was like heaven.

Location!

Having spent a week here in early September, my wife and I decided we enjoyed it so much that we left Italy early and returned to Ermioni for the final two weeks of the month. Spacious suites with full kitchens, balcony view of the harbor, 30 meters or so from the water. Great walking park adjacent. Short walk to center of harbor with several great restaurants and ferry service to GREEK isles. Generous breakfast served daily in our room. Julie is a gracious hostess, well-regarded by locals and quite accommodating to her guests. She lives within the building, takes obvious pride in its condition and cleanliness. We were proud to let locals know we were staying there and will be returning. Highly recommended.

So marvelous we did it twice!

My partner and I booked this accomodation for 3 nights, direct with the owner, Julie.
The room was modern, airy and clean, as was the bathroom. The view from our balcony was superb. There was plenty of space in the immediate vicinity to park our car. The apartments were at the far end of the village, but amenities, restaurants were just a few minutes walk away. We walked round the forested peninsula which was adjacent, a couple of times - it was peaceful and tranquil and a good place to observe the boats coming into harbour.
Breakfast was probably the best we had on our peloponnese road trip - a lovely lady brought it on a tray for us to eat on the balcony. Delicious!
We visited the island of Poros - just a 10 minute boat ride from Galatas port... I highly recommend this. There are lots of  coves on the way to stop at for a dip, rocky and pebbly, but nice.
We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Wonderful host! great place!

We arrived as this quaint attractive small town .. our appartement was just awesome .. These appartements are located near a natural park .. Our room was a corner room which was impeccable .. Clean & and recently  renovated .. We stayed one night but I will return for a longer stay as it's location is key for visiting .. Beaches nearby .. This appartement was large and had 2 large beds .. a fully stocked kitchen and we'll decorated .. You feel like your in a condo .. Outside there are places to relax .. Our bikes were in the room for safety .. Nearby (walking distance) There are excellent restaurants & coffee bars as was as giftshops ..  Recommended 👍

Nous avons demeuré une Nuit a cette magnifique emplacement tres bien situé .. un Beau parc naturel est situé juste a coté .. Notre chambre  étais tres grande et bien  décoré .. il y a une Belle cuisinette tres bien stocké .. Nous avions 2 grand lits comfortable .. un dès balcon donnait un superbe Vue sur la plage .. Nos vélo étais dans now chambres donc en sécurité .. a l'extérieur il y a des banc comfortable pour relaxé .. a proximité vous aller trouvé de bon restaurant & boutique .. Recommendé 👍

We have spent 2 nights in this perfect place, but we wish we would have stayed more. Wonderful view from the large terrace. Amazing breakfast with large choice and quantities. The location within Ermioni town is perfect: short walking distance to shops and restaurant, right in front of a small rocky beach and a quiet pinewood. Thanks Julie for your welcoming place.

Wonderful place to stay

This is not a hotel, is an apartments rental in front of the seaside.
Some people were swimming in front of the establishment.
Apartments are full equipped with kitchen and kitchenware.
Rooms are clean and in average condition.
No breakfast is served.
No all time reception.
Very expensive for the services provided [just bed and room].
