Good: the hotel rooms are actually a cave and are very spacious with everything you need. Also, the support of Iaras (not sure how to spell it) was incredible.

Bad: 
-The hotel is not located in the main road and you MUST receive instructions on how to get there. If you rent a car, you leave your car 400 m away from the entrance to the path that takes you to the hotel. You need to confirm the arrival time as the hotel is located downstairs from the main road and you  will require assistance if you have luggage. We rented a car, drove to the place and got lost for 30 min as we did not receive any specifics before our arrival
-Customer support. The hotel only has a reception or any support available during specific hours (limited) throughout the day. We lost our room key and reached out through whatsapp to the person in charge of the reception at 930 pm since we needed to put our baby in bed. It took us 20 min to obtain a response from the hotel, for 45 min they kept asking "where did you loose the key?" or "if we were sure that we did not have the keys in our bags, as she was too far away (20 min drive) to go to the hotel to open the door for us". Iaras (part of the team, was kind enough to come to help us and open the door 1 hr after we contacted the person in charge)
-Value for money: we paid more than $300 per night (end of August). Definitely expected a higher level of experience for that price. (no support, no parking, location, etc). It is more and Airbnb rather than a hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights last month during our trip to Greece. We booked an executive cave suite and found the room to be very spacious. The hot tubs are also very nice, and have a nice view of the village and sunset (although not a complete sunset view). The location is about 10 min walk to the start of the nice part of Oia (with all the shops etc.)... so the hotel's location is good but it's not a suite located in the heart of Oia village. On the plus side, this area was slightly quiter. The lady at reception was very friendly and really helpful and arranged an awesome boat tour for us. Would recommend this for families

Very nice stay, good for families

I stayed one night in a suite with sea view, the photo shows you the view we had from the only opening of the suite, no window only the door that opened on a front wall, maybe I was unlucky, but be careful don't choose the suites 'caves' are like dug cellars and you will not have any sea view.

No see view suite

I’ve always wanted to stay in a cave suite in Oia to experience the sunset, everything lit up at night and to wake up to a caldera view. Enalion Suites provided this!! Nothing was too much trouble and Elias contacted me ahead of the stay - I wanted to experience the sunset from a rooftop restaurant and my original restaurant  choice was not taking bookings due to windy conditions so Elias patiently worked at getting an alternative for my birthday meal at Kyprida - we had the best seats in the house and this was my favourite meal of the holiday  !!! We were not rushed to finish our meal and left after the beautiful sunset. It was lovely to return to the suite after a day exploring Oia and I enjoyed the jacuzzi to myself overlooking the night time caldera view and pretty sky line.  The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom facilities were great as they had beautiful santorini blue tiles carved into the cave. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning to the beautiful sunshine and caldera view - so peaceful but only minutes from central Oia. I would return in a heartbeat!

We stayed in the Executive Cave Suite, it was clean, comfortable and spacious. 
The bedding was comfortable and having the mini refrigerator was helpful.
We opted for breakfast to be included. It was great to sit on the patio and enjoy breakfast overlooking the caldera. The possible breakfast selections were numerous and were waiting for us at the selected time each morning. On the date of our departure we had an early departure time, Sophia ensured we had breakfast prepared the night prior and placed it in the mini-fridge.

Sophia, the suite’s manager, was extremely helpful during our stay and ensured it was comfortable and enjoyable.

She took care of many items even prior to our arrival including a private car at the airport for pickup.

Her restaurant suggestions were perfect and we enjoyed several great meals at those locations.

Overall a great stay!

Our only recommendation would be for some type of handrail down the stone walkway to the suites as they are a little steep.

Great Views and Comfortable Cave Suite in Oia

We loved the cave room. we enjoyed the hot tub which has amazing views of the Caldera. the location is perfect, it is in a very quiet area and at the same time very close to the pedestrian walk with shops and restaurants. sophia is very attentive and helps with everything you need. very recommended.

Cave accommodation with wonderful views.

Only 3 rooms, our junior basement was very spacious, with a sofa, table and a small kitchen. The structure has 3 hot tubs, one per room so it's as if everyone had their own. The view from both the common space and the hot tubs is exceptional. We all spent three nights in our living room waiting for sunset. The rooms are very clean and breakfast and plentiful and excellent. Sophia who runs the place very courteous and available. A place I highly recommend, just outside the Oia casino but really two steps away.

Perfect location.

We stayed at the Enalion Suites in June and this was a fabulous experience.  Everything was arranged from our pick up at the ferry to our departure and everything in-between.  The suite was lovely and large with a small kitchen, a fridge, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.  The courtyard, where we enjoyed breakfast, provided a breathtaking view of the water.  We spent many hours in the hot tub overlooking the water.  Best of all was the great service from the staff.  Sophia is wonderful and provided us with all the information and support that we needed to make our stay memorable.  So great!

Wonderful stay!

Absolutely awesome experience at Enalion Suites. Sophia is  very helpful and gave us great recommendation. We hired chauffered limo for 2 days and it was well worth. There are 3 beautiful suites, and wonderful views. We had access to the hot tub which we spent all our nites after dinner.The room was grand and clean, the cave bathroom just beautiful. We have  have already recommended to friends and will definitely be returning in future. Thank you for a beautiful experience!

Our stay is just perfect

A beautiful mini-hotel, it has two groups of rooms that are separate, we were in one of them, excellent, the view is partial to the sea but it is enough to stay on the balcony that has a spectacularly clean and temperate hydromassage, then has access to a terrace where we saw perfectly from a few sunsets, there is no need to go anywhere to see it, it also has a kitchen and a refrigerator where one can even cook, it is so beautiful the views that one wants to stay every day in the room, the treatment was spectacular, including no need to worry about luggage, we were brought from the road to the room, since in Santorini there are many steps, we are waiting for Spyros, Sofia and all our problems are solved.
