The apartment was lovely, spacious and really well equipped. The views from the balcony were superb. We were really impressed with the housekeeping which was done on a daily basis. 
The owner was really welcoming and kind. 
We enjoyed using the pool. Although it is small it has lovely views and was never busy. 
The apartments are a few minutes walk from a good supermarket and the gorgeous beach where there are a number of great restaurants.
The only negative comment we have is the proximity to the road which was quite noisy at times. Using the shutters at night really helped though and our sleep was not disturbed.

Lovely apartment

Nice rooms yet I wouldn’t recommend it, generally in this area avoid staying on the highway too noisy even with closed windows… impossible to sleep at night and definitely cannot relax during the day not to mention the intense  car emissions.
It’s like sleeping at a bench in city center!!
Try finding accommodation far away from the main roads!!!

Too noisy not recommended

We stayed in apartment #5 for 9 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The hosts, Tassos and Eleni, are very caring and have created a very nice complex of appartments with a swimming pool in their property. Our appartment was very clean, spacious, with all amenities (well-equipped kitchen, small oven, refrigerator, utensils, plates/glasses/cutlery, pots and a pan, toaster, coffee maker). They have thought of every little detail: they even have a clothes line with pins on the balcony rail. The view to the village and the sea was amazing from our large veranda. The room was quite cool inspite of the hot weather and had a new a/c that was carefully placed above the entrance, so that it would not make you freeze when you lie down on the beds. We were informed before our arrival on the new rules due to Covid-19 for late arrival and early departure and there was an announcement on the table explaining the situation and the new timelines for changing the bed linen and towels and cleaning the room every 3 days. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we are sure to visit again!

Beautiful view - great hospitality

Apartments are located on the main road, walking distance to shops and restaurants and the public beach. Our apartment had a really nice terrace with sea view where we enjoyed our breakfast every day.

Nice and quiet place with good sea view

Four of us stayed in Apartments #1 & #2  for 8 days in September 2018 (Sept. 21-29). It was an excellent choice. Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped apartments, parking a few steps away, a short walk into the village, and a welcoming terrace. Thank you Tasos & Eleni for helping to make our time in Finikounda so enjoyable.

Great location, rooms & hosts!

Coming to the end of a 5 night stay here in the Margarita Apartments. We are delighted with our room which is modern, has a high quality finish and is very large. The view from our generous balcony is one of the best we have had in Greece and we are regular visitors. The owners are friendly and keep the pool beautifully clean. If we stay in Finikounda again, we would not stay anywhere else!

The apartment was spacious modern and extremely clean. Whilst we do not cook on holiday the kitchen facilities were available if we wanted to.  

Good pool, close to town beach and not too far to walk to Ammolios beach.

Thoroughly recommend and have already booked for next year



Fantastic apartments

For this type of self catering holiday apprtment it has to be about the best we’ve experienced.
It’s quite a new, well designed large room slightly partitioned off by a built in wardrobe. It has everything you need for basic cooking including a two ringed burner, grill/ oven, large fridge freezer, hairdryer and a decent supply of crockery and utensils. The beds and pillows are comfy with lovely properly laundered cotton linen which was changed every few days.
The room was immaculate and the walk in shower great. There was also a lovely balcony with sea views. The best part was probably the owners who were so very welcoming and hospitable.
Vereniki is a five minute walk to the village and is on the other side of a main road which normally would be a problem for us but it was so quiet. The pool wasn’t open till the 15th of May which again was no problem for us because we prefer swimming in the sea.
Finikounda is a lovely little village with good food and nice beaches both there and near abouts. It’s also great to visit Pylos and the stunning Vodokillia beach with Nestor’s Cave, Nestor’s Palace and it’s a couple of hours drive from Ancient Olympia.

We will be back.

We booked family-room with sea-view. Room was quite spacious and cleaned every day. Nice teracce. Road was beside, but rarely we heard noises. There was also nice pool. It was about 400m walking distance to the centre.
