Rooms are very clean and tidy, some with views over the small bay. Staff are particularly warm and friendly. Used the restaurant on all 4 nights of our stay (as did most other people in the resort). Christina, Elbeda and Vasiliki (Bill!) offered great advice on the menu which comprised "food that we would eat" much of which I'd never tried before. Stand out for me was the Kakavia 'soup'. Dakos also a must. Fish is pretty much caught daily by a member of the family.
Probably cost a quarter of Blue Sands hotel below. Exceptional value overall.

Beautiful setting with a fabulous view,  excellent food and service!!!!  This is a must go to for lunch or dinner while in Folegandros.   Wonderful food starting with the Greek salad, pita bread, Fish roe dip, the grilled shrimp, I could go on and on of everything we ate which was superb!  The service is excellent and the wine selection  is small but perfect.

We had hired Pasithea for a boat tour of the beautiful island of Foleganderos. The royal blue waters were tranquil and inviting.  They put together a custom itinerary of hard to secluded and  hard to reach beaches. The crew was professional and provided excellent customer service!  The information provided by the onboard tour guide was excellent, the boat was large, clean, with plenty of space, and the lunch and drinks were most welcome!  I highly recommend their warm and friendly service when visiting the beautiful island of Foleganderos.

Very nice location. Excelent breakfast. Fresh fish at the restaurant. And all the food very tasty. The room has a nice view to the sea. Very clean. Every day cleaning . The hostess are very kind and helpfull in everything. You may book also a trip to visit the beaches with Diaplous travel. Everything
Was more than l expected for a nice queit holiday. I recommend it with all my heart. I think is the best choice in Folegandros. I hope l'll be back soon

I never thought I would find such a place on this planet.  Minimal crowds (in high season, August), gorgeous views, warm waters, friendly locals.  Everything was picturesque, quaint, quiet, absolutely perfect.  Pasithea's rooms were modern, comfortable, quiet and the hotel offered an incredible breakfast.  Everything exuded calm and tranquility and beauty.

Situated in Angali beach which is a real 🤗 ( angali in Greek) this boutique hotel combines hospitality and living  in a simple way, enjoying nature,crystal sea waters, fresh homemade food and calmness.
We met a smiling helping staff , clean comfortable rooms and an excellent cuisine.
In general, our experience from Pasithea is extremely positive and we would strongly recommend this small island hotel to anyone who would like to live in quality for summer- and why not? Spring and autumn- vacation

Pasithea is a simple small hotel in an elevated position(so not suitable for those with walking difficulties)overlooking the beach at Agali which is about 3 km away from the Chora,the main village of Folegandros.
We were greeted warmly by Nancy and her team who took us to our room and told us everything we wanted to know.
The room was lovely and spacious with a cool breeze in early May.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious especially the spinach and cheese pie.
Out of season,there was only one cafe bar open and another hotel where you could have an evening meal.
Despite the fact that Pasithea's restaurant was not yet open you could get a soft drink,wine or beer on request at reception.
We had a very pleasant and restful stay.


After a difficult but hugely inspiring winter I’ve come here to empty my mind and rest. Pasithea is the place to do it. Flora makes the islands best spanakopita, Christina serves the breakfast with a lovely walk, Katerina and Nancy make it with a smile and a flourish, the views are sublime, maria keeps the rooms as clean as a whistle, the Bougainvillia is in flower as a purple pink mass, the sea breeze wafts up the stairs and across my balcony. If you’re tired of Folegandros and Pasithea you’re tired of life !!

We stayed here for three days.  We had a room with a balcony on the first floor, overlooking the bay.  The Blue Rooms are just below this hotel.  The rooms are clean, kitted out with all the necessary needs, beach towels, coffee and kettle etc plus a fridge.  It is perfectly satisfactory with a warm and friendly family environment.  It is on the quiet side of Agali away from other apartment rooms with music etc.  Beds are like many other places in Greece, not luxury but satisfactory.  Shower with good towels etc.  Breakfasts vary each day with limited choice but toast, butter and jams, Greece yoghurt and honey, plus some Greece traditional option either cheese pie or boiled eggs it varies.  We also ate here a few times, they have an interesting menu with good traditional Greek options but also lots of fresh fish and all perfectly acceptable.  We have enjoyed staying here in a low key relaxed way.  Would definitely recommend here but not if you are aiming for luxury.

After being disappointed by the restaurant down the hill. We walked up the hill to this restaurant. We ordered a Greek salad, fried calamari, fried anchovies and a couple of beers. 
I know the calamari are not in season but we had a desire for it.
Honestly you couldn’t tell the difference. They were delicious and delicate, as was the anchovies. The salad was what you would expect of a Greek salad. Fresh crunchy delicious and creamy from the lovely feta. An added bonus was the crunchy toasted bread soaking up the juices at the bottom of the salad. 
The beer was cold and to top it of, we were given a shot of mastic to finish of. A great lunch, great views at reasonable price.
