We spent an amazing week with our 3yo kid in the Dolphin Bay resort. Although the room equipment is slightly aged, you swiftly forget that when meeting the friendly staff (animators and bartenders, .. Minas is the best bartender-gentleman ever!) and enjoying time at the beautiful pool and beach.. The basic all-inclusive beverages (beer, coffee, juices,..) are lower quality (expected), but there's a fair selection of all-inclusive cocktails, including non-alcoholic. The food selection is excellent.

Amazing family holiday with a small kid

Stiv, Marika, Federico, Mimo, Natalia and all the other awesome people from the animation team made me feel young again. Morning stretching followed by aqua gym with Stiv helped me start a great day everyday i stayed at the hotel. My son has the time of his life with the ladies from the Mini Club and i felt that he was in a safe environment with them. Evening entertainment with Mimo, Federico and the girls were a lot of fun and designed for both adults and kids. I will definitely return to Dessole Dolphin Bay Hotel in the future.

Awesome Animation Team

Close to the airport, very very friendly staff (across the Hotel). Appartment was cleaned daily. WiFi was perfect (even Netflix streaming was possible). Beachbar food was delicius. Beach was clean, with nice sunbeds. Food in the restaraunt sometimes lacked a bit of variaty, but it was ok having in mind that they serve 3 meals every day, there is enough to choose from especially for the kids. Main building rooms had seaview which was not mentioned during booking and was a nice surprise. Water in the pool and pool slides were very nice. However pool slides are only for older kids. Having in mind that it is an midlevel all inclusive offer, drinks quality was acceptable. Included tap beer was drinkable and refreshing, and juices/soft drinks were standard for this level of hotel. During Covid 19 the hygiene was well maintained (mandatory gloves in restauraunt, masks inside etc). 

Just a bit windy in September for small kids. In peak season there is a shortage of sunbeds at the beach and the pool. We felt it only for a day. There is power plant in the far distance, but we didn't mind. Overall very pleasant stay and I would recommend the Hotel.

Nice value for money resort

Stayed with 2 small children (4 y.o. and 6 m.o.) and with my grandparents (80 y.o.), so I can safely say that they have facilities for all ages. The hotel is clean, the pool, sea (word to the wise, there are waves) and beach are wonderful and the food is great, but the true highlight of the hotel is the staff. Everyone working here from the reception, to the cleaning staff and until the beach boy are friendly, polite and always ready to help. The entertainment staff are awesome, engaging and always active. The best part for me however was visiting the SPA. It was hands down the best massage I ever got, not to mention that the lovely ladies working there were extremely nice and the atmosphere truly relaxing. If you are staying at Dessole Dolphin Bay I highly recommend you visit Valentina at the spa, you will feel like a new person once you get a massage from her, her hands are magical.

The hotel was really nice but I want to thank Nikoleta from aegeo spas she was really good and profesionál  and Zoé for being so friendly and helpful Thank you aegeo spas and the Girls and if you visit the hotel dont forget to visit the spa

We had a great time very nice people and setting. Staff very helpful and hard working. The hotel interior is a little tired and the food and drink selection although good could have been more varied.
We really enjoyed the animation team with special mentions for Stiv Frederico and Saman.
The morning stretches pool exercise and evening workouts were great as were the evening entertainment.
I am not someone who normally joins in with hotel entertainment but I became a regular dancer and sang Along to the daily theme tunes the team had adopted.
We would recommend the hotel for a family holiday and congratulate the animation team for making it a little different and lots of fun too.

Family holiday

I have experienced a massage ať Spa team with Kalia and Valentina and Anastasia . It was wonderful and very helpful. They adviced me how to take care of my  sore neck and back  for the future which will be very  good for  me.

Nice beach, very helpfull staff, some problems were solved fast,good food, beach bar also pleasant.
Only water slides are for children 8 years and more, which can swim.

Very good food, nice selection of wines at the bar and restaurant. Very helpful staff, entertainment staff for kids and adults. two restaurant: tavern and international. beach is very mice and calm water. Good spa, with personnel that take care of sun burned tourists like me.

Very nice location with helpful staff

Hotel was 50% full which made our holiday even better.
Beach was cleaned every day, due the windy weather the sea had a waves which was fun to play with :)
Food was delicious especially pizza from the beach bar.
Staff was very kind and helpful. We dont even care about face masks cause what you can do anyway ;)
Swimming pool was enough for morning swim.
Only small thing is that hotel using too many plastics for drinks and food. And the cups for drinks are too small so be prepared for frequently orders at the bar but you can use to it. Thank you all members of the hotel for our lovely vac!
