We stayed here with my 2 year old and 5 year old and had a brilliant time. We’re used to staying in larger resort hotels but booked this a bit last minute and we weren’t disappointed. Its got much more of a family run hotel feel with great service in a much more intimate setting. My 2 year old has a dairy allergy and the Service manager Stavros and Chef Nikos went out their way to give us a tour of the buffet at mealtimes so we knew what’s suitable, they cooked alternative dishes to cater for allergies (including some amazing dairy free pancakes) and also over the week started to make more of what the kids enjoyed to make sure they were eating well. The kids entertainment is brilliant although not as extensive as what you might find at larger resorts but the kids loved it. Especially the mini-disco by the pool! Such a highlight of all of our days while watching the sunset and sipping on some cocktails. The kids club itself could do with updating and the kids didnt spend much time in there but its the staff that make it really fun. Overall, very good value, great service and full marks for catering for allergies. Thanks again! 

Great experience, brilliant value and service

Cannot fault this hotel, beautiful room,.sea view, complimentary wine. Staff amazing, food and drinks gorgeous. The spa treatments incredible , thanks to Christos. The invisible beach and pool man swapping towes and unlocking sun beds however nowhere to be seen...Quiet peaceful area. Turn left out of the hotel to a little village with some shops, also, Hidden gem turn right as you leave the hotel. Follow the coastal path, up and down to the beach when the road is busy, stunning  coves, silent, pine tree lined perfection. A 20 minute walk into Psakoudia fabulous area with restaurants, shops and beach.


Recent Stay

The hotel itself is set in a ldylic location with a beautiful beach. There is one main restaurant where the main meals are served (breakfast,lunch, and dinner). Me and my wife spent 2 weeks all inclusive. I want to say that the staff make the hotel work. They work so hard to keep holiday makers happy. Nothing is too much trouble for them! I want to name some in particular, Kristina, who worked in the main restaurant at breakfast, and then the Panorama bar. She is super friendly, helpful, and professional! Then Konstantina who worked in the pool bar area, again nothing was too much trouble, friendly, helpful, and professional. In the evening Maria worked in the Panorama bar, again super helpful friendly and professional. From the cleaning staff upto the manager they were always happy to help. It's a shame the owners son couldn't adopt his staffs attitude!!. We had a deluxe partial Seaview room which had all we needed for the 2 weeks, and was very clean. 
Downside to the holiday was that the food was very repetitive,  and sometimes only luke warm. There is very little to do around the hotel location with the nearest local shops a steady 20 minutes walk. When we booked we knew there was very little around so we had no surprises. If you are looking for rest and relaxation then you won't be disappointed! Be aware that local beers and wines are not to everyone's tastes, and that what you can get in the Panorama bar you may not be able to get in the pool bar or main restaurant. 
Evening entertainment was a mixed bag. The Greek night was fun, and the Latin night was fab. 
Be aware that although the beach is only metres from the hotel you either access by a slight slope or a number of steps. The beach is not fine sand and the sea gets deep quit quickly. There are enough sunbeds both around the pool and on the beach, and if you take the all inclusive package then the beach sun beds are free. 
There is a small shop in the hotel but was a bit pricey! 
Great staff! Nice clean hotel! Not much around to do, but we had a great holiday. 

Peaceful and relaxing place. Avoid if you want anything else.

You need to visit this hotel with an open mind and decide after you’ve stayed there that’s the first thing as it’s not for everyone but in a nutshell if you want peace and relaxation I’d def recommend it but if you want full on party action go elsewhere.
The hotel’s location means yes it’s not in the middle of a village and there aren’t really any bars or tavernas nearby, they are about a 15 to 20 minute walk away but that’s fine if you want to go out and see them it’s a ok walk down the road to the village which when we were there was very quiet as it was the end of the season. Other people have said hire a car and if I was there longer than a week then this would be my recommendation too or go on excursions your holiday firm may provide.
It’s worth upgrading to all inclusive if you aren’t go to go out of the hotel just to compare prices a house cocktail is 9€ so 2 of those each day for two people and your lunch and you’ve spent what it costs anyway. Previous reviews have complained about the food and lack of choice and it being cold. It’s catering for the masses and the staff work extremely hard there is always an excellent choice of salads and I can see it might be repetitive if you were staying for two weeks but my advice would be to go and eat early to get the best of it.
All of the waitresses are lovely polite and working long shifts and will help if you gave any questions as does the gentleman who runs the restaurant too.
There isn’t much entertainment on an evening which may not please everyone but again it depends if that’s what you go on holiday for. It was quite pleasant enough sitting on the terrace enjoying a white wine speaking to other people there.
The pool is a good size I can imagine it would be very busy at the height of the season and the beach I think would be a good alternative if you don’t mind the coarse sand. 
We had booked a junior suite which was a good size but oddly enough was on the lower ground floor of a block so didn’t have any view which was the only thing that was s negative for me. The room was well equipped with a fridge that had bottle of water when we arrived. The shower was powerful and water always hot and the whole complex was very clean too. 
A week here was enough if you want to relax and chill out.

Pro’s - Cleanliness is one thing this resort has got going for it. Everywhere is very modern and kept very clean. You do not have to get up at 06:00 for sun beds as a lot of people go down to the beach. The staff are helpful and always polite. 

Con’s - The food is extremely poor. There’s not much choice, it’s all cold and the food on offer is stuff I don’t think many people would choose. There is also not much food for kids at all, even the fish fingers and chicken nuggets are not nice at all. The food did massively let this hotel down as we were hungry a lot of the time. The area is another negative, it is extremely quiet and doesn’t feel too safe, it’s also a 25-30 minute walk even to a supermarket. If you’re happy enough to not leave the resort during your holiday then this place will be perfect. The beach isn’t great as the sand is mostly bricks and it’s extremely crowded as the sun beds are so close together. You will always be lying in the shade as you can not put the umbrellas down. There was no entertainment on for any of the nights we were there which made evenings extremely boring. 

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel but that’s due to the area and the food. Definitely improvements to be made and should be a 3 star not a 4.

Stunning Resort - Came as two couples looking for R&R, Sun sea and sand and couldn’t fault it. Spotless, friendly and amazing food. Accommodations was lovely and beach beautiful. Staff were friendly and two of us booked massages at the on site spa with Kristos - highly recommended! We had the most relaxing time - very chilled atmosphere.

Beautiful little haven

Lovely hotel clean and regular maids. It is a bit out of the way, ans abt 20mins walk to the very small town. The hotel  food was lovely, we upgraded to all-inclusive. 7 days was enough as we would have liked more than two days of entertainment for adults as there is very little to do in the evenings, but we made the most of it. The staff were friendly and worked hard. Plenty of loungers on the beach and not far to walk, although for people with walking difficulties, little hills.

QUIET LOCATION

Great hotel with great facilities! Beach is right in front of you with lovely loungers and bar. Sea is so clear and still and lovely depth. Pool was a little cold but then the weather wasn’t the warmest so if it was hotter it would’ve been great! Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, everyone was so lovely and really made it a great experience!! Not much around the hotel but good facilities onsite with great food and a few places to get drinks. We stayed for a week and it was the perfect amount of time to relax there. Room was lovely and spacious and bed was so comfy, some of the best sleep I’ve had at a hotel!! Thanks you so much to everyone there!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Great hotel and amazing staff!

My girlfriend and I stayed here at the end of September and had a really nice time. It was a very chilled and relaxing stay, the room was very clean and staff were incredibly kind. The all inclusive buffet food was very good quality with lots of variety.

As a younger couple, our only minor complaint was that inside and outside the hotel was very quiet. There isn't much going on inside the hotel and the village nearby which is still about a 20 minute walk has hardly anything there.  I probably wouldn't recommend for younger couples unless you want a super chilled trip, in which case it is a beautiful place.

Very Enjoyable Stay

My wife, (3yr old) daughter and I had a lovely 2 week stay in this hotel. It was a great place to stay, especially if you wish to relax. Admittedly, it is quite remote with the nearest town a few miles away, but a mini-market is only 1km away and the onsite mini-market covers basic needs such as bottled water.
The hotel itself was immaculate and spotless throughout. Our room was cleaned daily and the toilets in the public areas were always clean. The food was good with a wide choice available. The fresh fruit and salads were particularly good.
There was also a reasonable range of cocktails as part of the all-inclusive package and thankfully in generous sized glasses (in the evening bar). 
The beach was sandy and the sea remained quite shallow for quite a distance from the shore, making it pleasant for swimming and easy for my daughter to paddle in. There was also a childrens pool although we mostly stayed on the beach, where there was an ample supply of sun-loungers.
We stayed in a superior family room which was spacious with a comfortable bed, excellent shower and amazing views from the glass fronted balcony. It also came with a (free) safe, fridge, coffee/tea maker, microwave and hanging rails on the balcony.
If there's one minus point, it would be the lack of a proper playground. Instead it was a wooden slide and a couple of springy sea-saw type rides. Given the modern immaculate nature of the rest of the hotel, this was an odd drawback. Thankfully all other areas of the hotel were very good, including the gym.
What made our stay especially enjoyable was the hotel staff, who were polite, hard-working and always helpful. They were very good with children. Our daughter had a great time with the mini-disco run by Dominica. Other mentions include Mary, Xristina & Irini (restaurant) and Maria (evening bar).
For us, the real star of the hotel was a lady called Anatoli who ran the beach bar and looked after the sun-loungers. She was so welcoming when we first arrived, always helpful throughout our stay and was great with our daughter. 
Overall, it was an excellent holiday.
