Positives:
Kreoli Hotel boasts a spotless cleanliness standard, thanks to its exceptional cleaning services and the dedication of its very willing lady cleaners. The hotel's location is another strong point, being just 900 meters from Glyfada downtown, easily accessible by a 5-7 euro Uber ride, and only 150 meters from the beach, perfect for a coffee or a swim. Additionally, the rooms have been modernly renovated, providing a fresh and contemporary environment for guests.

Negatives:
Unfortunately, the management and service quality at Kreoli Hotel leave much to be desired. The receptionists were notably rude and reluctant to offer information or services to enhance our stay. For instance, when I requested a thermometer due to my husband's illness, I was told that a thermometer was not included in their first aid kit.

Our room lacked a remote control for the air conditioning, necessitating a call to reception each time we wanted to adjust the temperature—a major inconvenience, especially with my husband having a fever for two days. The balcony lights were another issue; they automatically turned on every night, creating an oppressive atmosphere akin to an interrogation room.

Further adding to the discomfort, the administration staff frequently argued, particularly over financial matters regarding their salaries. The breakfast experience was subpar, with low-quality cheese and cold cuts, a poor selection of items, and a lack of availability if you arrived 30 minutes before closing. It resembled more of a B&B morning meal rather than a hotel breakfast.

Moreover, the absence of a designated smoking area outside was incredibly inconvenient. The lack of a late check-out policy also complicated our departure day, as we had a late-night flight.

In conclusion, while Kreoli Hotel excels in cleanliness and location, significant improvements are needed in management, service quality, and guest amenities to provide a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Mediocre experience

I had a very bad experience with this hotel.. the room smelled really bad and the bed cover was stained and there were no amenities in the bathroom at all. There was even 1 towel only and my reservation was for a double room! When I complained to the front desk the lady there was very rude and she said this is the standard room that you booked and I tried to explain that the standard room even if it has no amenities has to have clean curtains, a clean rug and clean bedcover but she was just very rude and when I tried to talk to her supervisor she was even more rude and said that I am making trouble!
 Appalling manner to talk with a customer! 
Finally  I upgraded to a superior room which was slightly cleaner because it was already too late, I cut my stay and I checked out the following day and they would not refund me for the rest of my payment as they claimed its non-refundable. 
Don’t expect a clean room or a friendly welcome
Good location though.

Smelly rooms.. Rude staff 

Unless you are extremely hard of hearing do not stay here. it was impossible to sleep with the noise of the road outside…. cars revving engines w boom boxes.

Clean but far too noisy 

Very noisy

This is a new (or renovated) but quite inexpensive hotel on the main coastal road in the Glyfada district. Its one disadvantage: it is a bit far from the center. It takes about 15 minutes walk along the busy Poseidonos boulevard to reach the trendy Glyfada area with shops and restaurants. But apart from that, it is a real bargain.

The hotel looks and feels sparkling new. My room was spacious, modern, clean and quiet, the bed was very large and comfortable, towels were nicely packaged in sealed sanitary bags, and the air conditioning was effective and running constantly. Their lobby is large, modern, with a luxurious feel, and the service is friendly and efficient. Add to that the very low prices and the walk to the town becomes much less objectionable!

There are a few negatives. My bathroom, although roomy and spanking new, sported dubious hydraulics: the flushing toilet had no suction and the slow drain of the wash basin made it fill with water. The shower had only a collection basin on the floor but was otherwise open, with no curtain or glass enclosure, so using it turned the bathroom into a wet mess. Finally, the room had a very large flat screen TV but the digital cable was severely inadequate: most channels showed "no signal" and when signal did come it was often scrambled and interrupted.

These are relatively small blemishes in an otherwise excellent establishment. If you don't mind them, and don't want to be right in the center of action, Kreoli is the place to be.

Good value and surprisingly good quality

Location

The hotel is located approx 1km from the centre of Glyfada so is within easy location of the local amenities.

The bus stop is right outside of The hotel which is great if you want to visit Athens or pireaus.

The decor is very modern and bright with the design of the wash basins to a good standard .

I actually found the staff to be very helpful on this trip 

Negatives

There were no chairs for the balcony so you woukd need to use the wooden chair in the room and no kettle to make hot drinks

I didn't see photos or read any reviews before I booked this place (to my detriment) - I needed a last minute stay close to the airport and venue for a wedding venue for a couple of nights. When I saw "adults only" I thought it meant no kids, so it would be quiet-but that was not the case. It was weird and looked like a brothel. The staff were rude, unhelpful and aggressive. Our room did not get cleaned and the decor was a little creepy. Everytime you turn on the tv it defaults to porn channels, which is not ideal. We barely spent any time in the hotel so that was  good  but I will not recommend at all for tourists. I think it's just a place for locals to have a quickie then leave. Absolutely horrible.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Good wi fi signl, custom AC, the furniture and sheets super clean and look like never been used, big lcd tv, balcony, it looks better than the photos. Didn't try the menu there so I don't know about the food. Close to Glyfada beach(400m) and to a resort ( 6-7 bus station). Bus station is at 50 m of the hotel.

My experience from this hotel was the worst ever!!!i booked couple days in this hotel but I never will go again.Reception was very rude Russian woman was impolite with me I booked room for two for me and my boyfriend he will arrive later When he came asked him from reception where he going the next day I went in reception and ask for house keeping and she screamed to me I couldn’t understand the reason so later I have discuss with my boyfriend and he told me  she stop him in reception because she thought he is visitor .When I arrived first day I asked for receipt and never she gave to me 
About house keeping they didn’t clean the floor never so this hotel not recommended!!!
I am pretty sure this hotel nobody check nothing about treat people maybe is only for Greek ,they cheating tourists people
