Rental Terms and Conditions Purpose and Guest Limits The villa is rented solely for lodging the confirmed guests for the specified rental period as agreed upon in the booking confirmation. Any other use is prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing with the homeowner. The maximum number of occupants must not exceed the limit stated in this agreement or on the company’s website. Additional visitors are not allowed without prior written consent from the homeowner or property manager. Events and Gatherings Parties, weddings, receptions, or similar events require prior written approval. Guests must comply with any additional procedures or expenses deemed necessary for such events. Noncompliance and Termination Failure to comply with any terms may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of all payments made, and mandatory vacating of the property. Cleaning Services The villa is cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. A complimentary cleaning service, including a change of towels and bed linens, is provided every three (3) days. Daily cleaning services are available at an additional charge of €60.00 per day. Personal support (e.g., maid services) can be arranged at pre-agreed times; please discuss this with the villa manager during check-in. Check-Out Time The rental day ends at 11:00 AM. The property must be left neat and clean upon departure. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke on the terrace. Evidence of smoking indoors, such as odor or damage, will result in additional charges for cleaning or repairs. Furniture and Decoration Guests may not rearrange furniture or alter the villa’s décor without prior consent from the homeowner. Indoor furniture must remain indoors, and outdoor furniture must remain outdoors. Unauthorized changes may result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of payments. Damage and Responsibility Guests are responsible for any damage or removal of items from the property, including plants, structures, or furniture. All villa items, including linens and décor, must remain within the villa premises. Pets Pets are permitted only with prior written consent from the homeowner. Unauthorized pets may result in the termination of the rental agreement. Water and Energy Conservation Guests are expected to conserve water and energy responsibly. Safety and Fire Hazards Guests must take care not to endanger the property or expose it to fire hazards, explosives, or flammable substances. Candles are not permitted indoors or outdoors due to the risk of fire. Guests will be held liable for damages caused by negligence and may face legal action. Noise and Behavior Quiet hours are from 14:30–18:00 and 23:00–08:00. Guests must not disturb neighbors or engage in disruptive behavior. Complaints of noise or misconduct may result in immediate termination of the rental without compensation. Liability and Waiver The homeowner is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or death resulting from the use of the property, except as required by law. By submitting a reservation deposit or signing this agreement, guests waive any future claims against the homeowner. Security and Valuables Guests are fully responsible for their valuables. The company is not liable for any loss. Burglar alarms or safety deposit box, if provided, should be activated, and all doors and windows must be secured when leaving the property. Medical Emergencies Guests are advised to have medical insurance covering expenses in Greece. Inform the homeowner of any serious medical conditions or allergies prior to arrival. Guests should bring essential medications as they may not be readily available locally. Legal Compliance The homeowner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without compensation in cases of noncompliance with Greek law. Cancellations and Force Majeure The homeowner may cancel the booking or relocate guests due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, property damage). In such cases, a full refund will be provided, but no compensation for additional costs will be offered. Complaints Guests must report any issues to the villa manager on the day of arrival to allow for prompt resolution. Complaints lodged after check-out will not be accepted. Early Departure Policy: In the event of an early departure prior to the agreed check-out date, no refunds will be issued for any unused nights. Emergency Access The villa owner reserves the right to enter the property in emergencies (e.g., fire or flooding) to prevent significant damage. Guests will be informed as soon as possible. Jurisdiction This agreement is governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Greek court. Acceptance of Terms By accepting this agreement or submitting a reservation deposit, guests confirm their understanding and acceptance of these rental terms. |
