10/10 it is not enought to give for this experience 
Front desk lady, Aliona is the best person inside and out; her customer service and that beautiuful smile on her face was enought for us to extend our stay. My husband and I we felt that we know this gorgeos person for a long time. At all time she was going out of her way to make our stay and lives more than enjoyable and comfartable. 
i can see some of the reviews commenting on a slow wifi? - we didnt not have any issues,as on a regular basis we were in contact with our daughters in Australia.
so, if you every look for the affordable, clean, and the best person to look after you, DONT look further than ORHIDEA HOTEL;
cant wait until next year to go again.

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay, hotel was clean, central to everything, room was spacious and air conditioning worked well. Only downside was the wifi didn’t work for us. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay here again.

Great hotel

Staff 10/10. Front desk lady was super helpful from check in until check out. Gave great recommendations and assisted with any enquiries.

Rooms were basic, but very clean and with all amenities required.

Car parking not an issue as there is a vacant block 30m away.

Only issue was the WIFI which was very unstable (could hardly connect). Unusable.

Location is perfect, a 2 minute walk to the main street.

We went with 3 of my friends for 5 days at orchidea and i am glad to say that we had one of the best hotel visit ever!! Aliona is a great host, very helpful, she was always willing to help! the place is wonderful and you will find there everything you need ! One of the girls had her birthday and Aliona arrange to leave in her room a chocolate box with wine and a sweet note with wishes as a gift. Loved this place! We will visit again for sure!

Excellent experience

The hotel itself is small, but very cozy, clean everywhere, the laundry is changed every three days. The sanitary room is working perfectly, good pressure of hot and cold water. Good repair. In the morning you can have breakfast right on the big balcony, as there is an electric kettle and dishes, a refrigerator. Everything is convenient and comfortable. Very nearby there is a large supermarket where you can buy even super-sized vegetables, fruit and veggies in the main shopping center. My staff, when I'm at the beach, can help me to solve all my problems, but I feel that everything is perfect.

It's the best we can do!

Really great hotel, modern and very clean, it all looks brand new.  We were on the top floor with a slight view of the sea in the distance, rooms are really spacious and kept clean everyday.  Balcony is large and has seating and a drying rack which is handy.  The hotel is right in the centre and a 5min walk to the beach and right near restaurants and shops.  Towels and olive oil based bathroom products are provided.  Its true as mentioned in previous reviews that the wifi didn't really reach our room although we had no issues with the TV signal.  The best part of this hotel is Aliona who works on reception each day, she couldn't be more lovely and helpful and makes you feel very welcome - we asked for extra pillows and they were provided straight away.  We would definitely stay here again it was great value for money.

We stayed at the Orchid Hotel in July 2017. We are very excited! Excellent staff. Starting with respect. A special thanks to Alene!!! Who, throughout the rest, suggested and guided us to interesting places. On her advice, we went to the Aphitus, visited by the Salonians. And generally, she was our guide. The hotel is very cozy. The room has all the amenities. Clean. Careful. Fresh renovation. Fresh look. Very comfortable area. Everyone is nearby. Shops, cafes, bars. We especially recommend the Chokolad bar There is very atmospheric, there are always a lot of people, and, of course, excellent staff! In general, very happy with the rest. I just loved it!)) We have become very friendly and friendly people from all over the world!

After a failed booking in Pevkohorie ((25 km from Calif., we were upset and tired of the heat we were completely exhausted.Searching in the innet.we found a hotel in Calif., frankly not hoping for anything worthwhile.The hotel first exceeded our expectations!!Modern, cozy with excellent rooms and stylishly equipped.We were pleasantly surprised!!The kind and smiling Alena Terсениdi professionally served us and explained all the arrangements for our stay.We were only two days at the hotel, but remained very satisfied with everyone!!I can recommend everyone to visit the spa with a hydrosanctomy and get a bunch of tips))

After long wandering

The room is spacious, with good furniture, a huge lodge with furniture. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, dishes. The Russian-speaking owners are friendly. To the cafes, shops - 1-2 minutes on foot, to the beach - 10.

New and stylish hotel

Everything was great! The new hotel, spacious rooms, quality furniture, beautiful location. A huge thank you to Catherine - the hotel's administrator for the kindness and attention to each guest. All the hotel staff speak Russian, which plays a very important role in comfortable accommodation. Very large balcony. The room included: refrigerator, teapot, dining room (tea, coffee, sugar), air conditioner, safe, flat TV with Russian channels, cloaks, comfortable cabinets and dresses for clothes, bathroom accessories, on the balcony was drying for clothes with side dishes, chairs and table, behind very much at breakfast. -1 This sauna is free with a java, a restaurant and a gym are within 5 minutes of the shops. We are very convenient (with a spacious 5 minutes walk-in).
