We stayed at the so called superior room this August. Let's say that room was ok, but everything else is terrible. Especially the staff. I have never met so unkind and rude member of the staff. The way they treated guests is humiliated. I would never stay there again.

Most disgusting hotel definitely not 3* no*
Cold food not heated stored in fridge  then served.flies flying around had to eat out every day,one day no water fir 2 hours old fashioned rooms couldn't get in pool as kids and parents  did.
No entertainment just pool. No drinks after 3.30 then again from 7pm ,only brandy ouzo and beer 10-3.30

Holiday from hell

This is not an hotel!!!! Everything was awful and very old and soooo so dirty!!! Our room was very small and uncomfortable. The service was very bad. The food was also terrible. We are not happy from our stay there!

Horrible hotel!

This is nothing but NEVER MORE HOTEL.at first time looks ok but then disauster happen. Room smels mould air conditioner not working tv not working. No one to complain to looks like they dont get you seriosly. Some rusian people have karaoke and drink around the pool very noisy thill midnight and there is no one to stop them. Very unpleasunt place to be. Worse hotel ever....

Joke hotel

At the first moment I figured out that this is a 0 stars hotel. Reception is located in the bar beside the pool (water in this pool is always blurry). You could say- that is cool -but it's not because the receptionist is seating between coffee machine and the fridge. That receptionist can not help you about anything at all and there are too many problems for decent vacation.
We stayed in so called Superior room (I really don't understand what does it mean) and there was 3 beds for four of us - 2 adults, 2 children. Any way, the closet with sliding doors was broken (doors couldn't slide) so I fixed them. The smallest fridge in the world was placed in some kind of cabinet with hanging door, but because the bed is 20 cm away from it you cann't open it. Not to mention that you have to open the fridge too. I threw it on the balcony and kept the onebottlefridge inside. 
Remote control for TV does not work - never fixed even I asked for. TV got 1 (one) channel, greek of course 
There was some big electrical wire across the room and my daughter made a power brakedown because she touch the fridge with this wire. 
Russian guests are having a karaoke party every two or three evenings and there is no one to silence them, to tell them there are guests who wish to sleep.
Be prepared to wait for every meal in the line for about 10-15 min in the son because there is not enough tables for such a huge number of people. The stuff of the "restaurant" is very unpleasent. The cutlery is sticky.
I can not remember every thing couse there was many thing I wont to forget.
This is convincingly the worst place I ever been and believe me I do not go on fancy places.

Very poor and cheap so called hotel

We have been in this hotel from 21.06-01.07.2018. and everything was very good.We payed for last minute offer 570 euro for 2 adults and 2 children for superior room.We got the room by the swimming pool and terrace was on the other side by the small garden.Food was very good,classic choice for breakfast and variation of meals for dinner.Only thing I want to reccomend for the hotel is to give the guests free Wi-Fi and to charge 1 euro per day.
You have nice space for children to play in big kids garden.
I would reccomend this hotel for families with small children.
Beach is 350 meters from the hotel.Achinos and White beach are the best beaches in Hanioti.
Xenia beach near Paliouri is the best,10km from the hotel,also called Leuki Ammos beach.
