On the way from the Meteora monasteries to the Pindos Mountains to Monodendri, I spent one night in the house of the charming Chrissoula in the Ionian Sea, and I was pleased to have made the right choice. Perama is best suited to visit the city of Ioannina in beautiful weather. Perama is also a good neighborhood when visiting the city of Ioannina on the grounds of Stark Lake. Then you can really enjoy staying in the house of the charming Chrissoula in Ioannina, and you can find a lot of the best hotel in Ioannina, and you can always look for the best place to live. It is very convenient to visit the city of Ioannina in beautiful weather. Quiet alternative to the hustle and bustle of Ioannina

Well decorated apartment, looks quite new,friendly and helpful owner. The family apartment at ground floor is spacious for 2 persons. Small terrace, and use of the common garden. Kitchen equipped for small meals (with some extra utensils would be OK for complete meals). A bit more daylight in the living room would be even nicer; we mostly sit outside or left the door open.

Beatiful apartment on quiet location a few km outside Ioannina

Bright, well furnished room with all the necessary facilities - fridge, wi-fi access and TV. Pleasant balcony where we could sit and enjoy a drink and snack. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and really made us feel at home. Skype was also available if we wanted to contact family or friends. The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants and only a short distance from Perama Cave, Ioannina and the airport. Archaeological site of Dodoni  was an easy 30-40 min. drive. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of foods. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Garden Villa to others.

Perfect accommodation with friendly, helpful owners!

We stay for 5 days at Ioannina for Christmas vacations and their hospitality was the perfect Christmas gift. The decoration was beyond our imagination. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was also nice. The Owner was very thoughtfull, polite and kind, ready to give you directions and advices for the area, and always asking you if their was anything missing from our room. The house has also a good parking area. These rooms were definatly worth its money.We felt like we had been to our parents house for holidays.

JUST PERFECT

El BB is a modern cottage in the middle of Perama (the caves are a 1-minute walk away).The room is very warm, cozy and with many small details.The owner (a character) is attentive, asking you for any small details.In my case I even drive to a cash register.The breakfast was exceptional, with various types of fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals, toast, sandwiches, juice and coffee everything without limit.Together recommended.

Quiet and beautiful.

It is noticeable that the owners are concerned about taking care of everything very carefully.We don't have breakfast, so we can't comment on that, but the rest is perfect.A very comfortable accommodation at a more than reasonable price.It is very close to the Perama cave and a five-minute drive from Ioannina.

Beautiful and comfortable.

We stayed for 2 nights at Garden Villa on our way back from Kefalonia island in early September. We really loved the place! The owner - Mr. Vangellis and his wife are extremely nice and hospitable people. The rooms are large and decorated with a taste, there are small decorations on the stiars and everywhere in the house which make you feel as if you are at home and not at a hotel. The garden is lovely and the rooms are mainly overlooking the magnificent mountain. The breakfast was very good, prepared by Vangelli's wife in the morning. The family hotel is located in the area of Perama just 3-4 km away from Ioannina. We found this perfect as you are away from the town noise and then the center is just 5 min driving. Also, the Perama cave - a really impressive one - is located just 2 min walking from Garden Villa. Ioannina is also a very interesting town to visit, though Greek, you can still feel the Oriental sense in there - especially when visiting the Ali Pasha's Castle (The Kastro) and when walking around the small souvenier streets in the historical center of the town. If you go to Ioannina you should definately visit the Lake and the Island there - a charming place with lots of souvenir shops and taverns! We are extremely happy with our stay at Garden Villa and we definately recommend it for your stay at Ioannina.
