We had a great experience in this hotel. We had a great communication with the owner, because it wasn't fully accessible for the wheelchair. 
The location was good, the food was lovely, and the staff was kind. The decoration is beautiful and modern.

Very good experience

Excellent overall.  Perfect location in the middle of old and new town. Very clean with very polite staff. Very good breakfast which i delivered to your room at the time of your preference.  Our room was upgraded

Great location - excellent choice

Incredibly good value for the price we paid. Perfectly located, it has newly refurbished rooms and bathrooms, includes a large, tasty breakfast, and the staff is top notch. Would gladly return, especially since Ioannina is a great little city.

Lots of bang for the buck

The hotel is very near the Clock Tower, at the center of Ioanina. As derived  from it's location in the heart of the tpwn there is no view. The hotel is compact. The entrance is right from the street, and there are several stairs to the desk, but they have amoving chair to asist people aith walking problems.
The room was not very spacious but  very nicely organized and decorated.
The corridor and public areas are also nicely decorated.
You can have breakfast (all the usuall ingredients on a tray) at the room on special stand' or at a public area in the 1st floor.
The service was very good - from the nice and helpful clerks to the cleaning and trat in the room.
The combination of the above, together with very reasonable price was very suitable to us.

Very nice experience

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel is located totally centrally in the city of Ioannina. The room was spacious, the bed very big and extremely comfortable, very clean, and the bathroom renovated. The breakfast is really what you need for a good start at work with a variety of hot and cold tastes. It is very positive that you can have any coffee you want and it is included in the room price. The staff in both the restaurant and the reception are kind and helpful. Do not miss to buy some candies and delicious sweets from the patisserie of Bretania. They taste great! It was a really great stay.

Comfortable and central

My God-father Kosta from Borio Epirus owned this hotel until he passed away back in 1998 - he left the hotel to the local church who owns and runs it - I was born in one of the rooms back in the 50's when it was in it's glory and very well known...
Just a little history...

Hotel centrally located...

The hotel is in a very good location, the rooms are nice and modern. 
But even though it was clean, the towels were dirty with make up stains from previous visitors. The stuff was friendly and helpful but the owner was very rude. 
Breakfast was good. 
Overall I would say it is expensive for what it has to offer. 

not what I expected 

Quite reasonable price, good location. Nice view from our room in the second floor.
But please don't use the name boutique hotel for such properties. You create high expectations if you do.
Room in general clean but dirty and old pillows need to be changed.
Bathroom is standard.



Good but not a boutique hotel

The hotel is in city center, a little bit noisy but overall a pleasant experience. The staff tried to be very helpful but they didn't spoke English at all. If you don't want to spend to much money and have a nice stay i definitely recommend it.
