We had a wonderful stay at Seabreeze - we were sad it was only for one night. The owners Chris and Annerie were such welcoming hosts. Their hospitality and warmth is unmatched - they truly go above and beyond to make it feel like a home away from home. The hotel itself is stunning - amazing pool with an incredible view. The breakfast was delicious and the room super clean. Will definitely be back - Highly recommend! 

Fantastic hotel with great hosts and amazing views - highly recommend!!

We stayed for 7 nights at Sea Breeze on recommendations from family and friends and we were not disappointed. The hosts Chris and Annerie were charming and nothing was too much trouble.
We booked direct so received complimentary breakfast.
The port is about an easy 1 km walk away, weather was great only a couple of windy days. There were still plenty of restaurants open even though it’s the end of the season.
The view from our room was amazing.
Local bus goes from the port to Chora and Mylopotas Beach £1.60
Taxi £10
We hope to return again.

August 2023 was my 5th time staying at the Seabreeze Hotel, and I intend on planning my 6th stay in the near future as it never disappoints, and it truly has become my happy place.  I have visited numerous Greek Islands, and none of them keep drawing me back like Ios. 

Annerie and Chris go above and beyond to ensure that every minor detail of your stay is perfect.  The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable.  The breakfast is amazing and both Annerie and Chris will go out of their way to offer recommendations, arrange  car rentals and assist you with any other thing your heart may desire. 

The location is absolutely perfect. it is a short walking distance from beach, port and restaurants yet far enough from the bustle if you are looking for a little R&R.  There is a local bus should you rather not get some steps in.  

A League of its Own

We first stayed at seabreeze almost 10 years ago, and we love to discover new places, but Seabreeze keeps pulling us back. It has always been a wonderful b&b but Chris and Annerie have worked tirelessly to maintain  and improve it. It’s  location is perfect, the terrace and infinity pool have amazing views to the port. You can turn left and stroll to the port with its good choice of tavernas and there are some lovely beach bars to stop at en route or you can turn right  to koumbara beach with its brilliant beach bar/fish taverna. The pretty chora has a good choice of tavernas and shops to browse, which can be reached by bus, taxi or a walk up the donkey steps if you feel energetic. Chris & Annerie are warm, kind hosts and everyone feels so welcome. If they have a vacancy for your dates, your luck is in, so book it you wont be disappointed

Perfect B&B with amazing views and great hosts

Seabreeze is an absolute gem of a hotel.
Situated in the most perfect spot giving the amazing view from the infinity pool.
The hotel is beautifully decorated and the gardens and pool area are kept immaculate.
But the final icing on the cake are Chris and Annerie who welcome you like family and provide all the information on places to visit and restaurants to eat at, their hospitality is second to none.
Only only sad part to your stay is that you have to leave.
Can’t wait to return!

Gem of a hotel

The Seabreeze hotel is a little gem on the amazing, magical island that is Ios.

The rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable and the views from the infinity pool are amazing. 

What makes it extra special though are the owners, Chris and Annerie. They both work so hard to ensure their guests are looked after and the welcome that you get from them is second to none.
From being picked up at the port by Annerie (no charge), the welcome drink when you arrive, the helpful tips for the island (the best restaurants, where to see the best sunsets, car hire etc), the amazing breakfasts and the genuine warmth that they both give. You will come to stay as strangers, but leave as friends. Guaranteed you will want to come back.

If you are lucky enough to book the Seabreeze, you will have the best stay. If I could, I would rate it 100 stars. Seabreeze Hotel is the best!


Amazing hotel, amazing view, amazing hosts...all in all.....simply amazing.

Wauw, we had a wonderful vacation, thanks to Annerie and Chris and their beautiful place. They welcomed us and it felt like home immediately. They gave us great tips and were always ready to help us. Annerie picked us up from the port and told us a lot about the island. Chris helped us once we arrived at the hotel. Everyday we enjoyed the lovely breakfast. It's the perfect place from where you can explore the beautiful island. We will come back for sure. We already miss Annerie and Chris. Thank you for the great stay and hospitality! 

Best place on Ios! 

❤️ THIS IS A GEM 💎 OF A FIND . We first came for a little stop over it’s a shame we did not stay for longer. So on that note we came back ! And back ! And have been holidaying here for the last 6 years. Chris & Annerie are the perfect hosts nothing is ever to much trouble, all your holiday needs are at your finger tips JUST ASK and if they can they will. You will NOT be disappointed. The views are amazing we would say the best on the island.

HOLIDAY ( Sea Breeze Hotel Ios )

This is by far the best service I have ever received, Ios is a brilliant island and Seabreeze ticked all the boxes. As a solo traveller, the hosts were extremely accommodating from start to finish. The hotel had a great family-feel atmosphere and the hosts give plenty of tips and recommendations. The breakfast was superb and the rooms had great views with everything I needed. I couldn’t recommend the hotel or the hosts enough.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt like family. Chris and Annarie are amazing. The accommodations are beautiful and well thought out; the breakfasts are fabulous and give us loads of energy.  We had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do…we loved the cheese farm.
I hope my life’s journeys bring me back to this wonderful place.
