Adonis, the propriety, is so friendly and told us all the places and beaches we should go in IOS. It was so perfect, also the breakfast was good and enough. It‘s a family thing and the whole personal is so friendly. The rooms are clean and standard but with a faboloua view. You also have the bus station next to the Hotel, to go in the city fornjust 1.60€. We absolutely reccomend this accomodatiob

Absolutely great accomodation for IOS

A lovely hotel with charming hosts in a great location. The resort doesn’t really open up until mid to late May and nothing was open so you will have to go into town. Again not much open. Absolutely loved IOS and was our favourite island on our Cyclades island adventure. It’s typically Greek, unspoilt and everyone was so friendly, helpful and prices to eat are very reasonable compared to the ‘Insta destination’ islands. Back to the Deep Blue, room was comfortable and well furnished with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was great and each day just slightly different. It gets served to you and consisted of toast, pancakes, waffles, yoghurt, honey, bacon, juice and coffee/tea. Pancakes and bacon on the 1st day and waffles on the 2nd day. It set us up for the day. I can’t remember everybody’s name except for Costas and Stavros so apologies but everyone was very attentive. We were very grateful to be given a lift by the owners to the port as well, Beach is beautiful and just across the road. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again but I’d probably choose June onwards

Loved it!

I spent a week here on my third trip to Ios and it was the best accommodation so far. Mylopotas is the main tourist beach on the island, but it's so large that it never feels crowded. Deep Blue Rooms is located just slightly north of the centre point of the beach, making it an equal distance to get to Far Out village/club at the south end, or the many tavernas and mini market at the north end.

A free transfer to/from the port was included, though there are regular buses in high season every 15-20 minutes, should you need it. My room was on the second floor over the reception area, but it was never noisy and I had the biggest balcony - bigger than a lot of hotel rooms I've stayed in!

The room was also large, with a double and single bed, small kitchenette, modern bathroom and plenty of storage and shelving for clothes etc.

Breakfast was different every day, and served to your table rather than a buffet. Though I didn't like all of the items every day, there was always enough to fill me up, including free refills of coffee.

The hotel is family run and everyone is very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it as one of the best places on Ios, if you like being near the beach.

Ideal accommodation in perfect spot on Mylopotas beach

Friendly and very helpful family. Great breakfast with a homemade cake or biscuits. Quiet location when we visited at the end of May but some bars 100m away were yet to open for the season. Nice balcony overlooking a field. Lovely outdoor dining area. Staff could not be more helpful. The included transfers is a great touch and this would be our first choice if visiting Ios again.

Deep Blue Ios

Without a doubt one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. 
Stavrakis family are wonderfull hosts and good English speakers. Their recommandations (what and where to eat/what to do), kindness and amability were priceless. Including free transfer from/to the ferry port.
The studio itself is really clean and functional. The location is perfect (100 m to the Mylopotas beach, 90 m to the bus station to Chora and port – at every 20 minutes). Incredible sunsets from the terrace. 2upermarkets at 250m.
There was a nice breakfast with unique tasty honey, cheese and olives from the Antonis properties! 
Great restaurants with great wiews and savory dishes in the aria : Drakos tavern, Elpis reastaurant, Marios Pizza.
We recommend staying here to anyone and we will definitely stay again.

Here You can find authentic greek atmosphere right in the center of Mylopotas beach.
The staff is very kind and frendly, rooms are nice and well equipped. Breakfast is good with all you need, even the espresso is good.
They offer to you free water for the beach and free pickup service from the seaport.
Also the kitchen made good, tasty and cheap food.
Well done guys, We will be back here in next holidays.

Perfect stay in Ios

Stayed here 5 days. Great hosts  clean rooms and great bar and breakfast. Just across from fab beach, restaurants, transport to town and port. Everything you could want. 
Host Adonis and family could not have been nicer. The family had their own thyme honey from their fathers bee hives in the hills that was totally delicious. A really enjoyable part of our holiday.

What a great property. It's not a luxury hotel and it doesn't try to be one. The room was simple, spacious and clean. It had a large fridge, kettle, hairdryer, A/C and a small TV. Bathroom was modern enough with a bit of a smell but it's common in Greece due to ancient plumbing. But we loved our stay so much thanks to amazing location, fantastic, friendly owners (who picked us up from the port), lovely breakfast, cheap beer (Alfa forever!), excellent value for money and awesome beach on the doorstep. Deep Blue is a great choice for people looking for relaxation, peace, friendly atmosphere and value. Especially in October - we had the beach to ourselves. Though that also means very few restaurants still open at that time around Mylopotas but the town was a lovely 20 mins walk or a short bus / taxi ride. We've had an amazing time. Thank you.

Lovely stay

We were thrilled with the location, comfort, view, amenities and staff of this place.  Everything was perfect.  The room was so beautiful that we hardly wanted to leave it.  A jet tub/pool on the patio was a great way to escape the heat and enjoy the view while the indoor jet tub was a wonderful way to relax.  We had a full kitchenette but really only used the refrigerator and coffee maker.  The walk into the center was only a few minutes away and  there is plenty of good food and shopping.  We had a great breakfast delivered every morning on our patio overlooking the caldera.   I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect accomodations and service

Loved this place! Located right infront of Mylopotas beach & owned by a friendly family - we even received free transport to & from the port which was handy. We were given a spacious room with a nice view from the balcony..The room needs a little updating but was good enough for us! Plenty of room infront of the hotel to park quads/bikes (which I would recommend hiring from Costas which is only 50 metres away). Couldn't fault our stay at all!
